Just realized that Azeroth/USEast is currently down because Blizzard was trying to revert clans back to what they were before the upgrade on June 20th. Apparently, this reversion failed, and they're now trying to put the clans back to what they were before the maintenance started today. Hopefully this doesn't fail again
