We've extended our public hosting system so that you can choose to host in Europe or Chicago instead of the default Atlanta location if desired. This is only possible through the website: from the ENT Link tab, select Host A Game, type your username (i.e., the name which you'll join the game with) and select a map and location (click the <list of added maps> link to add maps to the options; or upload one); then just pick a location and host.
Note that currently only the Atlanta public hosting bots are connected to Garena (meaning they will fill faster).
We're planning on adding bots in Seattle for players in the U.S. west coast or in Asia.
For more information, see the ENT public hosting guide.
