Since its 1200+rules, you already made any desicion whats going to happen if somebody builds in dg, or pulls some creeps? Imo you should think about this BEFORE it actually happens, else it will be hard to apply an unbiased and fair judging.
Especially since a lot of LIHL-Players are participating, and will most likely build there, if they think an other build will decrease the power.

Last tourney it was already really late after playing 4 games and especially on Sunday, when one has to go to work early on Monday it would be really hard to play until 2am. So, from a european point of view, I would start 1 hour earlier, because everything just takes time. Don't want to make a big deal out of it, just asking.

We are starting 1 hour earlier on saturday, so that we only need to do the 'loser's final' + final on sunday. The loser's final is best-of-3 (starting at 20.00- or earlier if both teams want to), so will probably take somewhere between 1 and 2 hours. I will ask the other team that's in the final to stand by, which would mean the final will start at maximum 22 oclock. It has max 4 games, which means it should certainly end around 0.00 o'clock (last time it ended around 23.00, because it was a quick final). I guess that is the best we can do.

sounds ok. Only thing I see is that when only few people will play on Sunday, only few will be interested in Sundays Tournament day in general. but ok

I got some problems with the IRS, the 200$ can that also be a cash payout? :p
