Autoban and other server updates

We've recently updated the autoban system and a few other things on our servers. Here's a list of changes:

• Autobans for autohosted custom games without stats: if you are the first to leave, and leave within the first few minutes of the game, you will receive a ban
• Autobans for autohosted custom games with stats: leavers in situations where no allies have left and at most one enemy has left will be banned; if more than one enemy or at least one ally has left, you will not be banned
• Banned players will be able to see why they were banned by joining any ENT game

Edit: these autoban updates do not affect the DotA autoban system.
