Network issues in Quebec

Our service provider's DDoS-filtering system in Quebec appears to be having issues. We are contacting them for more information; we don't have access to detailed network information so it is not clear if this is in relation to a denial of service targeting our server or an issue on their infrastructure. In the meantime we have switched our network configuration with them to a different mode that doesn't currently have issues.

Bots are currently back online.

Edit: Europe bots in France location (same provider) are also affected, but now back to normal.
