Things to do for the January tournament

1. Validate your accounts
If you're registered for the January tournament, please make sure to validate all the accounts you'll be using! We'll be using the uxtourney system, which automatically hosts games, and only accounts validated by a member on your team will be permitted to join the games. Note: instead of validating the account, you can also make a post here with your team name, the event you signed up for, and all the Warcraft III usernames your team will be using.
To validate accounts, use ENT Link: http://clanent.net/link/validate.php. Then, you can see all the accounts you've validated at http://clanent.net/link/accounts.php.
To see all of the accounts with your team, go to http://clanent.net/tourney/, select the tournament event, and then click Manage registration. If you're having trouble validating all of your team's accounts, follow the instructions here and we'll do it for you.
2. Get ready to go to the tournament dashboard
Fifteen minutes before your first tournament round, you should head to the tournament dashboard (above link but click Tournament Dashboard instead of Manage Registration). This will display your opponent, the gamename, and other information.
To check when your first round is, go to http://clanent.net/tourney/, select your event, and look at the time.
3. Set your timezone
Speaking of times.. you should set your timezone here so you won't be confused about when the tournament starts.

Other information
The round times have been posted and are relatively finalized. You can see round times by going to the uxtourney website and selecting the tournament event.
Note on tournament overlaps: the only two events that do not overlap currently are Castle Fight and Legion TD Mega. DotA and Castle Fight have a small overlap that may be manageable. Other event pairs all overlap.
