DotA LoD is being organized by warlord1994.
Hopefully, there will be enough players for a Legion TD x10 HELL tournament (organized by rip_joe5), too. For information on that one, please visit the forum thread.
ENT will be rewarding winners of both tournaments.

As a big fan of LTD 1200+ cant we do a montly tournament or something?
Alot of players i spoken would like some kind of regular tournament or competition.

If ENT brings back the DotA In-House League, and you join it you might be able to have montly or even weekly tourneys.
But seems unlikly they would be fully ENT tourneys every time with all the "hype" and prizes since that would remove the special thing about haveing them and would cost prizes, not that they would not afford it but haveing a steady outlay/expence would be like they are paying you to play the game on thier bots.
Even this is not uncommon IRL that people pay other people to "show up" @ thier place thats not really what ENT is about.
So I'd say your best bet would be to try and reincarnate the DIHL
