General

-Added a counter to mid barrier, after 4 times Anarchy breaks and Units no longer are contained outside King's quarters

-You can manually cast Anarchy after level 12. Manual cast also gives permanently 10% AS and 5% MS to allies Units in 1800AoE. It doesn't affect King.
Cooldown: 30sec, Manacost: Current mana

-Changed announcement color of King's abilities

-Improve Mines aggro a bit

-Some bugfixes

-A lot of performance improvements
