TBH, there's no difference if he's afk from the lobby or during the game, it still ruins everyone's game and time.
You have to wait for 20+ mins in the lobby, then you wait 5 mins ingame, and then you wait 20+ mins again.
The funny part is, this guy got kicked ( didn't lose his elo), we all get rekt because we lost at least 40 mins of our time, and he keeps happily playing with no punishment, that's not cool
