Any further thoughts: in this game this guy plugs after he leaks his lane in level 3, i played with him few times in the past and he do this everytime so i would suggest to ban him for a longer time but i appreciate any ban for him. Next thing is that, the enemy team refused to draw after he leaves, i don't know the rule exactly, but does they get banned too if they refused to draw after a player plugs in the beginning? If it's not, then okay, but it's not fair, but it is what it is, thank you for verifying and i hope these players who ruin our games will get banned for a longer time to prevent these bad games.

Also i apologize for my angry emotions against the enemy, i just hate when a player leaves just because he leaks in the beginning, it ruins my mood for the game, but yeah it is what it is.
