Any further thoughts:

The player padre[pl] called an emergency and asked for a draw to leave the game right at the beginning.
He was in the lobby and the game started right away when he came back to his computer.
Emergencies - and that right at the beginning - can always occur.

All palyers !draw at min 1:50 except kugelord and Goldchainboi.

Even when my second teammate got kicked due to lags (at lvl 4) and we played a 1 vs 3 kugelord and Goldchainboi ignored the draw request and blocked any comminucation. They also unpaused every pause instantly.

This mis- and selfish behavior, which does not correspond to your code of conduct should be punished with a ban for the players Kugellord and Goldchainboi that they remember and think about which behavior is probably more appropriate here on ent.

Furthermore, I would like to ask kindly to delete this game completely that no points are attributed to the opposing team due to this behavior.

Draw is completely optional. There is no rule that someone has to draw.

Also, no one here can reverse the game results.
