Merged 3.95 and 3.95b changelogs

Heroes

Increased the hp of all level 11 heroes by ~25%, they also now have base hp regen relative to their max hp.

Paladin (level11)
-Increased mana regen from 1 to 1.25

Dark Ranger (level11)
-Dark Arrow minus armor from 5 to 6. Duration from 5(2) to 6(3).

Keeper of the Grove (level11)
Thorns Aura
-AoE from 600 to 900

Dread Lord (level11)
Lifesteal
AoE from 600 to 700.
Evasion
From 15% to 20%

Tauren Chieftain (level11)
Endurance Aura
AoE from 600 to 900

Medusa (level11)
Water Shield
Armor from 5 to 7 duration from 10 to 12(12)

Champions
-Block Chance from 70% to 80%
-Toughness now also have 50% magic resistance

Bugfixes

-Fixed Champion creation message not displaying
-Fixed Champions not spawning normally (only red got champions)
-Fix lumber bug

Uneven games
-In uneven games teams with less players in their team get +2 increase on their wisps harvest ability per player missing.

Champion Creep
-Waves above level 10, there is 30% chance for a Champion Creep to be created
-Boss waves are not included.


King

Dark Presence
-Damage from 350% to 400%
-lifesteal from 25% to 35%

Anarchy
-Anarchy now also Purges enemy units in 650AoE
-Cooldown from 30sec to 40sec

*Mindwarp: Now it doesn't target self. Improved its general targeting.

Full damage range from 130 to 160

Ultra Land Mine
Full damage range from 175 to 215 (only vs ground units)
Damage from 60-90 to 70-105 (damage vs air from 40% to 35%)

Blood Rush: Attack speed from 20% to 25%
