More space from middle units to king

So i jsut got banned for "juggling", in other words i changed targets with king in order to get a gold advantage from middle units going mid and pulling these units off of king.
I find this to be amusingly funny, as it is retarded that one cannot change targets in order to gain an advantage (whether or not it's just to kill creeps quicker). So can you guys make more space from mid units and king? Or just change the rules, so that no one can even use the king. Because getting banned for doing something that actually benefits your team (WITHOUT changing targets in order to gain a time advantage) just really seems ridiculous to me.

I don't really understand what you are referring to with the space between middle units and the king. Can you explain what you mean?

The idea to have an uncontrollable king is worth a try. Its handled like this in LTD2 and it helps to give a clearer structure to racing lvls.
