17 race: Demons on one side had run speed increased?

It was a race to win 17, both sides got DD and while in the middle lane the demons running to attack the west king seemed to be sped up compared to our demons going to attack the east king. Not only were they running faster but their walking animation was drastically sped up as well. What could have caused this?

In fact after watching it again, all the mobs in the middle lane on west side sped up drastically as soon as they hit the brown tile, while the mob speed remained unchanged on the east side.

The creeps of the team which leaks more units will get a speed buff. That's a rather new feature to help against clogging abuses.

Okay I didn't know that. But shouldn't this speed buff be somewhat dynamic? We had only 1-2 more leaks at that time and after a couple seconds of our creeps in middle their side ended up having more leaks. Yet even then our creeps kept the speed buff.

It might be the case that this speed system doesn't always work well. Once we noticed a game where the team with less leaks actually had the speed buff which is the contrary to what should happen.
Only the mapmaker broud3r knows how exactly it works (and I believe it's a bit wrong/buggy at times).

there is an issue on the 3.42b version which was fixed on the current lihl version.
am trying to release the new version as soon as possible just having troubles with the new anti system.
and need more full house tests
am sure i posted that already before the backup it works quite simple:
movementspeed in the middle = default movementspeed *((31+((total full bounty of leaks)/100))/35)

With full bounty you mean 100% bounty, no matter what the current bounty actually is?

Level 17. West leaks 65 creeps, east leaks 74 creeps. About the same amount of sends (I think there is even like 1 more behe on east side alive). Yet creeps of west have their movement speed increased, creeps of east not. Why?
Edit: It's 3.42b so maybe it is the problem you mentioned (and fixed already)?

yes that issue is fixed already and the 3.42d version should be ready to go.
