Take a look during arena when egg goes invulnerable and druid procs chain lightning on it, the lightning heals the egg instead of having no effect.
Its a minor thing which will never affect arena fights, but i thought you would like to know anyway

P.S. ignore the rest of that tk game

lets call it eggsacks hidden passive for now.
will check it out but not sure if its avoidable due to the mechanic how the eggsack gets invulnerable.
wc3 is a bit own on those stuff
