R.T.M.X. Ban abuse

R.T.M.X. ban a few of us because we reported a player called Rhos who was stalling and wanted to watch a video on Youtube. So by vote we kicked him to continue our game. Then R.T.M.X. banned us without actually investigating any further. I just find this so ridiculous...please check the replay because Rhos is a MAJOR NOOB!

Isn't what votekick is? Get rid of players that stall or don't play correctly?

Intentional stalling a losing game as titan and wasting everyone's time for more than 10 mins. The titan can be kicked if he does not kill a builder in 20 minutes time, and if 60% of the builders alive agree to having the titan kicked.

aRt)Y and I had discussed about whether or not to ban them before I made the ban. I asked for his input, and seeing that Rhos did nothing major enough to warrant a votekick, those who voted were rightfully banned.

For what TruNite claimed that I "didn't investigate further", I checked his last couple of games, that they had also tried to votekick the same player for minor things (like building one too many shelters).

@Diablo_ who said that he was going to afk for 20 minutes? Because I sure don't see Rhos making such claims.

It appears Rhos was still in game? I think players were quite to kick upon such a comment as they are granted a free win. If instead kicking a player going afk gave an instant loss they would have been more hesitant to do so!

It's only a short ban and the player did not deserve a kick.

Yo man! I don't know how much games you saw of him but he was building towers all around the map at one point...and would not destroy anything. I'm not the one who was creating votekicks other games...but that one game we kicked him he wanted to STALL...which is freaking bannable...please check chat of the game because he did say he would be leaving for 20 minutes and he was titan.

We did this so that the game goes on...we never kicked him in other games just this one. I think it's normal to kick someone who doesn't want to play his game, especially as Titan.

Can you please link those games where he was game ruining? You can't really expect moderators to trawl through numerous games to find that he was game ruining. If you can do that for us then maybe we can make a few adjustments to the bans.

It's ''only a small ban'' ya but we can't play as Rhos can continue to play and screw people's game. I think that it is so unfair for both sides...he gets a kick but we get banned. unless he actually went afk then it doesn't matter. i can say "afk taking a dump" at start and still play.

In one of these games he was building towers around everywhere. Building a lot of fruit trees that FEED a lot. We were trying to help him and explain him the game...still wouldn't listen, so someone had started a kick, because he was majorly feeding titan. We actually lost most of our games because of this guy's feed. I tried to personnaly help him, you can see in the chat log...and he just doesn't cooperate.

He was not kidding. This guy is a troll...if you want go watch all replays...you'll have lots of fun. Oh and don't forget popcorn and coke...will be a really nice show!

If you believed that he was game ruining so much, then why didn't any of you reported him? Failing to do that doesn't give you the right to votekick him in every game.

This is what a dude did. He reported him...but he did a wrong report, and then we get the ban lol! (Which still doesn't make sense) He shouldn't said he left because that is not the case. I didn't bother report him myself because it was late...and in my opinion, I think people deserve a second chance...and I think Rhos could be a good player if he would actually cooperate with us and not troll all the time!
