Why is this under complaints? O_o Fountain farming is already not allowed.

Yeah I believe a rule has been made as well as the !ff command. The rule is to limit the farming of the fountain. However there is a small loophole, which is an ally leading out his own hero or heroes which have already left. The person can be exposed when there is only 2 players lefts but if there is more it gets complicated I believe.

well i just found out that fountain farming for 4 min is allowed.

Excessive fountain farming (the rules gives a guideline of over three minutes as excessive) is not allowed. In specific cases, four minutes of fountain farming may not be excessive. It is up to the moderator's discretion to determine whether or not a case of fountain farming is or is not excessive. If a team fountain farms for ten minutes this will almost always be considered excessive though.
