banned s0ul_ for poor evidence (accused of mh cause of "suspicious instances") replay had not one fog click, all the instances he said clock had vision, yet he listens to some 21-22 garbage kid that has not once played a decent game and banned him. s0ul_ even posts an appeal and he doesn't even bother to look at it himself to realize his own mistakes (this is disregarding anything else soul did) then tells me i cant build certain items on certain heros cause its troll??? lol really so im restricted from getting dagon on naix or anything of that sort just cause ill look noob when im good? and cause im 2700 elo i can't perform poorly and not try every game lol really? why does my elo stop me from preventing how i want to play now? these are all words that he pmed me and told me. So tell me does ENT restrict how people play now and tell u what items u can and cannot get on certain heros? hell i went mask of madness basher on pugna in a cash t2 and nothing happened rofl...
My complaint is why is this guy an admin? horrible maphack detection and horrible logic&reasoning in my opinion, I want other mods and admin opinion on what he said and if he's wrong to invoke a punish or remove his admin.

I welcome this complaint since it means u have no where else to go but complain about my moderating skills. Pathetic, really, but entirely predictable given the little interaction I've had with you. Maybe I was wrong in the maphack post, that's why we have two mods confirm it or else the person will be unbanned. I've never been wrong before - not once - and hypothetically even if there was not enough evidence in the replay I am personally 100% positive I would find more in other replays.

But seeing as how he dodged the ban instantly not once, but two seperate time, he broke the dodging rule, so really the maphack case is irrelevant to him or you - he's banned for a year regardless. That's why I denied his appeal.

Has this something to do with your appeal (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=27655) or is this only about s0ul?
I dont like complaints mixed with 2 or more cases. Please elaborate about which particular case you are complaining.

it dont matter bout soul, i'm pointing out his ability to be a mod, even if soul maphacks or not, in that replay there was clearly no evidence so he should not be banned for that. If you have a different replay with fog click and evidence thats a different story, but to unban him for a replay in which there was pretty much no evidence or fog clicks is quite injust, perhaps you should take notes from dotacash admins child?

The request (viewtopic.php?t=27640) hasn't been confirmed by a second mod, yet, however, since he dodged his ban (regardless of it being legit or not), means he will get some problems with ENT anyway.

@snsdyuri You may repost your complaint _after_ his mh request has been processed - but next time provide links, have a well structured post and refrain from insulting the mod indirectly or it will be denied right away, I am not gonna read such trash.
