Formadawgs Abuse

I know Forma will probably be mad at me for posting this but I will post it anyways. Well, my brother (iNuke) was playing a DotA apem game ([ENT] DotA apem us/ca #53) with Formadawgs and they lost and he got banned for griefing (http://clanent.net/openstats/?bans=&search=inuke). Replay: http://s5.clanent.net/replay/view_replay.php?file=843013.w3g Apparently according to the ban record, iNuke was banned for griefing by Formadawgs. But in the game when did iNuke ever grief? I know Forma was probably upset when iNuke sort of insulted him but isn't that part of DotA? I don't think that Forma should be able to ban someone for "griefing" when he just got insulted. iNuke never griefed the game, they just lost. Forma probably just banned him for insulting him, its not like he was the only one that didn't like Formadawgs that game. Morphling (pink), also did not like Formadawgs that game. Formadawgs raged just about everytime that he died. During one teamfight mid, Formadawgs told his/her team to go in, they didn't want to so they lost that teamfight. At the end after raxes Formadawgs mutes iNuke and then bans f.s.royal and iNuke for griefing. I think this was just a bad game for some people on the scourges side and I know Formadawgs doesn't like losing. But, I don't think he should ban 2 people for griefing when clearly neither of them griefed the game and purposely made them lose. Even when the enem team started fountain farming you see, Magnus, (iNuke) attempts to make them pay by blinking and skewering them into fountain. I give no disrespect to Forma but I think that iNuke and f.s.royal should be unbanned and Forma should sometimes restrict banning people just because he lost a game. He has the right to ban but I think he should atleast put in a ban request and get 1 other admin to approve of it before banning, I mean if they actually did something bad Formadawgs could ban them for 24 hours while he set up a ban request to get the person banned for a year or whatever seems right.

When was this? I believe atleast that iNuke typed !ff and you called GG several times. He probably thought that the game was over....
Edit: When you say team had not given up, you continuously typed GG Noob team and I think 2 maybe 1 player(s) typed !ff

Why mute ? They werent excessive flamming or trolling anyone, They were just feeding you back the same shit talk you were feeding them, Use !ignore if you dont want to hear them.

You were the last one to vote in the !votekick against your team which made it 4 v 5, 2 of your team typed !ff and then you continued saying its gg, NOOB TEAM, gg. How can you ban them for greifing? How long did they stay in the fountain for before the game ended?
Do you think you couldve gone out there as a team and won?

death tats not the point in the rules it states if your team hasn't given up then keep playing i had not given up i continued to play... and as for muting inuke was flamming excessively even players on the other team wanted him to stop talking. and as for the bans they have been lifted along time ago.

Yes, you did keep playing. as a result to "keep playing" you just died. I am pretty sure if its 5v5 and you guys are all level 1 and they are all level 25 but 2 players want to keep playing its ok for the rest of the team to stay near fountain to restraint themselves from dieing and dieing. Take another example, the enemy team is fountain farming, its only been a minute its totally legit. The entire team sits behind fountain and just goes afk. One person thinks that the game will end soon and they don't have to !ff it. Then does everyone get banned in the result of one person not forefeiting the match? Please note: First time typing GG Noob team is at 15:03 on the replay timer. Second time typing GG 26:49 on the replay timer. Also note: you sat at base for no reason from 29:20 to 29:45. Third time you call gg 30:42 replay timer. Finally note that, Storm just sat afk after the last fight you and storm went into. He just kept dieing for no reason, don't see why you didn't ban him, while on the other hand; iNuke made them pay for fountain farming and they had to end. Thank you for listening.
Edit: The bans have been lifted? When I checked the ban thing on ENT I searched iNuke and it said that he was still banned for griefing by Formadawgs.
Second Edit: iNuke just tried to join a game but he was still banned by Formadawgs for "greifing" its spelled griefing.

Well my opinion they didnt deserve the bans they got or that they got !muted by forma, But that is my own opinion and im might be the only one that thinks that.

DotA Rules
The following are prohibited

•Unsharing: of a courier that has been crowed by another player (unless control was abused)
It never says that you can't give the game up. You guys were to a very crystal clear disadvantage and they could slaughter you guys like pigs. So, it was probably for the best that part of your team went afk to quicken the game and 3 out of the 4 people, discluding the fact that the fourth person typed GG serveral times, were either afk or had already typed !ff.

As for banning them , Nope that would be an abuse of the power if i was to become admin.
But on that note it does also depend what they are doing, If they are flamming excessively then its more that likely that they would be feeding and throwing the game. Take each game as it come's.

Is something that that Nz.Death said to answer a question, "Quick question: If some one were to harass you in a game, through out, how would you deal with this person? And would you consider banning this user? (By harass just verbal threats)" from Bubblestorms. As you can see it was a abuse of power when Forma muted iNuke, he couldv'e just ignored and everyone that thought this was annoying could just type !ignore.

Hmm.. I think this topic is best left for admins to handle, I too am guilty of doing similar things like mute and ban but while mute is common I tend to use muteall rather than one individual in case there is flaming from both sides and avoid beginning in game unless someone in my team were to destroy items or spam birds or trees.

Remove this topic please. Nothing this going to change in it except people shit talking each other, Forma has done wrong but lets deal with it in house rather than in front of everyone.
