Ban appeal keeps getting denied.

Okay well basically i have been banned by matdas for not saying game mode in legion td mega on time.

What happened was i said to everyone right as i joined Game mode is mercenary. So i let them know game mode is not default. But the confusion was that i meant to say game mode is hybrid. So during countdown i said mode is hybrid and people said that wasnt enough time to let them leave so i was reported. I also said to the other team that i was going to throw game, it was purely a joke i didnt mean it and i played serious and even won the game. Im not sure what the rule is on saying you are going to throw a game without actually doing it but im sorry for that and i wont joke around like that anymore. As for announcing game mode im aware of the rule and i wouldnt have took a risk of being banned so it was a clear mistake on my part.

Now 2 complaints i have are that, matdas has denied my appeal 2 times already and he has banned me for 5 days. I strongly feel what i did only should be a 2 day ban at max. So i dont know why he gave me 5 day as if i threw a game or something. Now i went into chat room asking for help on my ban appeal and the admins are all saying matdas told everyone to not help me with my ban. So he is going around telling everyone not to unban or help me and that is not right AT ALL.

The other complaint is that i am almost positive that matdas is friends with the person who submitted the ban request. the reason i believe this is because the ban request was processed super fast. Like not even 30 minutes. Usually when i see ban requests it takes much longer so im sure that he is just helping his friend.

It isnt nice to me that no one will help and that i got 5 days ban without doing much, i apologized several times and said i would not do it again. The other thing is when i try to talk to matdas he brings up my ban history and says no, i dont feel its right to be bringing up someones past it is irrelevant, also most my bans maybe 95% of them are because i disconnect nothing more. So please can someone help me i have already been banned for 4 days and im getting tired of this i just want to play. Thank You.

Your appeal got denied. You have posted another appeal which is still pending. So, why is there a complaint too?

If you cant "appeal" yourself and a mod/admin feels that you should face your whole ban...that is their judgement. Ultimately, it is yourself who got yourself banned. If you did something wrong, you must face the consequences, naturally. You are supposed to spend your ban time. Posting an appeal and getting it reviewed is simply an option.

If you were joking, why do you think you got reported? Seems like the situation was not funny. Despite your stated intentions, you created confusion. If a mod or another in-game feels that you were trolly or showed a bad attitude ruining the gaming atmosphere and experience, you become a subject for ban.

Why is bringing up your ban history not a relevance? Of course it is. Not just for you, but anyone who is questioned for game ruining. Your ban length is reasonable.
