1100+ Mid building

Ok I just wanted to make sure I got things right and I thought this was topic was suited best for it.

It was a 1100+ game with the rule:

All players must build on their own lane and cannot build towers that can attack opposite lane creeps from their building-position. [1]

From my point of view those rules apply for the 1100+ games but It seems I am wrong.
The case I submitted had a player in it that had already 3 Zeus deep in the middle area (not darkgreen) in round 10. Is he allowed to do that?
I mean they can easily attack the creeps from the other side especially with their mana bug. If lihl wasn't agreed would it be bannable or is it ok to do it?
Since I am planing on applieing as a moderator in the future (I know it will still take me quite a while) I wanna make sure I understand as much rules as possible


But we agreed to lihl rules when the game started:

It was actually a mistake of mine due to the new rule placement of being misinformed and I apologize for that. After speaking with a forum moderator on the chat I have overturned the ban, he received a 4 hour ban for doing so.

The violator in question indeed broke a rule and built at "dark green area". However, there was no effect from this and the ent31 bot rules are still fairly fresh. The moderator considered these and initially let the case go. His decision has been altered to giving the said violator few hrs of warning to alert him about our new rules.

We do have auto-bot-announcements regarding rule updates and have had discussions/topics on ltd section, therefore, players should be aware of our rules.

Perhaps the image posted for clarification purposes is not clear enough, we will post a better one shortly.

Do understand that we can be somewhat lenient to violators during the first few weeks since the time new rules were implemented.
