Why Cyberprunk removed my Ban Appeal? plz deadmin him. he makes shit with his admin... never remove BanAppeal. should be first rule for Admins here. And he removed without Reason!! And plz unban me, i never ruined any games to anyone. go watch replys and ban then... Trashtalking on Lobby is no ban reason. i think only gameruining is bannable, and bad behaviour while games. -> so watch replys and proof me bad behaviour before ban someone.

Flaming is bannable if it is excessive. It doesn't have to be in-game. But that's neither here nor there. I agree that appeals should not be deleted. If it is frivolous, it should just be moved to processed without comment.

Deleting posts undermines any attempt at transparency, which is fundamental to having a fair system.

Wtc I personally think a 1 week ban is lenient.
And there is no need to make multiple ban appeals, once your appeal has been rejected you will need to wait out your ban.

I don't believe he deleted any posts, just closed the appeal and moved them to processed.

According to the logs, cyber deleted 1 post today (not yours, something in Ban Requests) and the last post he deleted was over 4 days ago (also not your post).

and i don´t want to wait for unban. i´m reasonless banned. i said it once... proof, proof, proof it...
that´s tactical not good for good ent communication. he moved my posts with no COMMENT... Cyberprunk should be deadmined! this no good admin behaviour. and Cyberprunk showed in past bad Behaviour for being Admin. he is one fast raging guy if losing a game. (in the past, i played some games inkognito vs. you (Castle Fight))

I'm assuming the reasoning is that he believes what was said in the Ban Request is correct, he doesn't need to explicitly state that.

that i mean with "bad" admin... if i were admin i would proofe some replys but he didn´t watched. it needs 2min time... "fast watching" then see if good game or bad game...?!

Cyber is always fair. If you have something against it. Put more detail, link, explain what happend, where, why.

You said he deleted your post. Wich he didn't. You should tell this : He moved to process without letting me explain myself a bit. (Something like that)

Deleting a post and moving it is two thing. I'm sure you didn't saw it processed. So you believed that he deleted it. Then we come and bring you the link, and you come back of your talk. I guess you just dislike some moderator's, like some other dislike me. You have to know this, we're, and still be human. The only machine here is Uakf.b, all other have bad days, less patience someday etc. So yes, sometime a mod can a bit flame, and when I say a bit, it's not much then noob, not writing a story to please you in your appeal etc.

We deal with ton of appeal. If he personnaly reviewd your request and see your appeal. Yes, he doesn't need to explain you. He know already what you've done.

Hope you realise the work we're doing, for free, for you (the entire communities).

sure u are all humans. but all other here do some more information in denie ban appeal. i read some... some more. cyber did a bit too few so it´s reasonless denied...

I'm sorry, but the burden of proof on appeal falls on the appellant. If you want to be unbanned, explain the situation as thoroughly as you can. If a mod or admin goes through the replay and is able to corroborate what you say, you will be unbanned. It is not for the mods and admins to find evidence to unban you.
