Don't even think about making another appeal? Who the fuck are you? Dont tell me I cant make another appeal. How about? Don't even think about sucking my dick. You idiots need to investigate further into the conversation before you start assuming. Your games are logged and so was our conversation.

I didn't do anything wrong. Its a error on your end with your shitty servers not mine. I didnt disc from bnet. Im not the only one this shit is happening to. I have a problem with my exe file intiating I have reinstalled and the prob is still there. I have to go through installer just to play. I obviously am not to savy with the comp and dont know how to fix this prob. Or want to deal with your connect bullshit. Anyways...

Thanks for the information. I'm extending your ban. It is 2 days now. Obviously you need more time to fix your computer. But don't inform us too much about your progress, or you will be banned on forum.


This clearly abuse.

1. We are having a conversation about a even that took place. This is happening on the Forum...Keep in mind. You ban me for another 2 days because a conversation we are having on the forum and not a offense that has happened in the game. You are using your powers to punish me on another platform you have power in as well. Because I hurt your ass on a forum? SOMEONE PLZ DO SOMTHING ABOUT THIS. You have no business banned me for personal issues.

2. I said I was NOT able to fix the issue I was having with my comp. Nothing has been done about this and nothing will be done about this. There is no time frame you can assume I need to fix anything. LOOKS AT YOUR COMPLAINT SECTION!! its filled with people complaining about disc error. duh!

3. This is a forum man you CAN NOT tell anyone to shut up or stop posting unless they are spamming. This is OUR community not yours to abuse your powers or to tell us we cannot voice OUR opinions.

What are you gonna tell my I cant place a complaint in the Comaplaint section? You gonna take away my forum privileges for complaining? About Admin abuse?

established where? Show me. There is a reason why forum and game mod access are separated. It was a autoban offense not a behavioral offense. If thats the case why dont admins ban leavers?

Forum mods and game mods are seperate, yes, but Game Mods are moderators of Ban Requests and Ban Appeals. We have power over those sections. If a game mod rejects your appeal and tells you not to post again, don't post again. It's likely because it was already rejected and any more posting of the appeal is spamming.

Dunno what you mean by the final sentence. Autoban bans leavers, no reason to change that.

Ok thats why I oviously came here where I can air my opinions on a appropriate platform. Right? Last sentence pertains to the bot performing ban on a disc or leave. disc in my case. How can you flame on a bot in a appeal? so me flaming in my appeal adding time makes no sense.

Because he has no business banning me in game from somthing that happened on forum. I didnt make the complaint until his self esteem got involved. The adding time to ban is the abuse. We've added time to bans for excessive flaming in appeals before, like this one viewtopic.php?f=25&t=9065&p=44370&hilit=TigerStyle#p44370 and many others (of which I forget the player name, so I can't search it), and no one got told to stop doing that, so I'm assuming it's fine to extend bans for flaming in appeals.

I guess the theory is that people won't care about a forum ban and that the way to get them to be more respectful in appeals is to punish the flamers by extending their ban.

1. Dont spam. I did not spam appeals I opened another topic because he closed the topic. The issue obviously wasnt resolved because we are still talking about it in a different area of the forum.

2. Be polite. It wasnt very polite of him to assume I knew what was going on and accuse me of collusion. One can take it as not very polite when they are being accused of somthing they didnt do. And punished for it.

3. My point exactly I am a part of the community. I feel at home. Thats why I feel I should be able to have a open line of communication without my conversation being closed.

You cannot mark my topic as spam if we are still talking about the event. You have given me the respect of putting enough energy into this to continue talking. No one talks to spammers because there is nothing to respond to. I have voiced VALID issues here.

If the mod rejects your appeal, and you make the same appeal again with flaming added, that's spamming. You weren't "still talking about it", you just opened topics to flame bit.

What do you mean he accused you of collusion? And when did he punish you for something you didn't do?

We only close conversations after there's nothing more that is relevant to say.

He said I was acting as if I knew nothing...That can only mean I knew what was going on and was in cahoots with teo. I did not spam I used the wrong part of the forum then. I should have immediately went to complaints that dosnt mean what I was saying was spam. I can apologize for using the wrong part of the forum. There is nothing more for you to say thats fine. But since we are still talking there is obviously more to say. Especially if you are siting forum rules and punishing me in game. If someone does something on the forum punish them on the forum dont infringe on their gaming because you have personal issues. The game is the game and the forum is the forum. Why have two different rules on for game and one for forum. You cant just up and decide to merge the two. Your support for this is sickening and if you would act in this manner as well they should think about removing your power as well. Sponsored use of abuse is not what our community needs.

So If I one day decide to stop playing and only participate on forum then spam....You are gonna go ban me in game? Thats stupid. Say I never got banned and just decide to spam here. You are gonna ban me in game? Makes no sense.

Offense here dosnt = offense somehwere else. That is abuse. You either take away forum access or squelch me some kind of way.

Pmp3 I agree with you, and I think a lot of people do as well. The initial ban was incorrect and everyone here is aware of it. There were some mistakes on both sides of this issue. Be patient and I know this will be taken looked at again by higher admin.
