The purpose of the tool was to move your stats to a new account for you to stay at, not use the tool to share accounts with friends. Even if you weren't abusing it for gain, it wasn't being used for it's intended purpose. Thus it shouldn't surprise you (since you acknowledge in the previous thread that you realize that the intended purpose isn't to be used several times a day to continually transfer stats,) that the tool is currently disabled.
I'm sorry, but that is what is going to happen for the time being, for all I know this could only be a couple hours or it could be indefinitely, if it's indefinitely, we'll do something about your stats.
Okay, I apologize for taking advantage of the tool for a different purpose. It was just less time consuming and more reasonable as I stated before and I didn't know any ideas of the system being taken advantage of and abused for stats. Otherwise, if I knew that this was going to happen, I would of just take the long way around rather than the easier. But I didn't, so as for this. It's still an unfair situation to me, cause knowing that account is what, let's say 0-10? Not sure, that means people in dota are going to dodge playing with me and therefore I'm going to have to play against stacked team, also being vk because of my sd, and waiting longer for games to start due to this cause. I know this because it's been happening to my friend every time he plays.

Well that's what you signed up for when you first applied, taking time out of your life.

Very true, but you can't judge someone's play since they want the tool enable, you wouldn't know their intentions whether if it's just wanting the tool because they enjoy it or because they want to abuse it. That's like saying all because my user name is wtphoo or karasu we're most likely to be a certain ethnicity.
