Administrators Code of Conduct?

I very disappointed in the lack of professionalism through ENT. In past topics on ENT forums I thought ENT displayed a sense of professionalism. However, I now know otherwise. I was banned for flaming, and I do not deny that. However, I was not the instigator. I was not the first to name call. Chat history shows that. This was my first interaction with AdventureClub during game [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #49. First interaction happend 20 mins in game. As you clearly see I was not the first to name call. He began call myself and other teammates "dumb noobs" "noob shit" and saying "Stfu" and "how stupid are you" After this I began to flame him. I do not deny that. I just believe if you are trying to have a professional hosting forum there should be an administrators code of conduct. Why is he allowed to instigate the name calling and have no recourse. That is bully tactics. If administrators are going to play games with "normal" gamers they need to be held to a higher standard. Some sort of code of conduct should be laid out for them. What adventureclub abused his power as administrator and disregarded any of the Dota rules for himself. That is unfair. If ENT wants keep providing professional hosting forums and gameplay they need to quickly lay out some guidelines for administraters when playing and banning players. Because as you can see adventureclub clearly was the person who began the name calling which began the flaming by me. Yet I'm the one who is banned simply because he is an adminstartor.

Please any other administrator reply back with comments, questions, or concerns. I would to know what ENT thinks of this.

Don't get me wrong, too much to read too little time. As far as I know advnclub is a fair guy, also you made an appeal which was denied for another moderator. Maybe he was mad at you to say such words.

Of course the other moderator denied my request. He is probably friends with adventureclub. And I don't care about the ban. I flamed him. I deserve the ban. But my point is wondering about conduct of administrators. Which is why I posted this on Complaints. So it's ok that he STARTED calling all of us "dumb noobs" and "noob shit" because he is an administrator? I just think that is unfair. If ENT wants to be a legitimate hosting site I think they need to look into a code of conduct for people running your site, or will just be a site where administrator buddies will abuse their power. And you know I'm a pretty fair guy too and never had a ban request before now and 100 percent stay in game.

You were a terrible techies that game and didn't contribute to the team at all I get banned for your anger. I actually had respect for you at one point but then you lost it all by that game and how poorly you acted and you played I just dont understand why I'm banned for flaming when I barely said shit. Adventureclub please read this and learn to control your anger it's not my fault your horrible at techies. Honestly all of this sickens me and how he reacted to a little critisism he might be a good player but he is a terrible admin.

You are mid solo and cant even land an arrow or get a kill for that matter, but I didnt take it upon myself to start flaming you. Im my mind its just a game and I really dont care as long as you are trying your best. YOU on the other hand are giving me crap for my playing, when the fact of the matter is im playing better than all of you even if Im having a shitty game.

Another thing since you are so naive. Ent is a free service. No one here gets paid so no we are not professionals. We volunteer our time to help give the community better games and in my opinion I couldn't care less if you never played another ENT game because you make it less enjoyable for everyone else. Not only are you lacking in skill, you lack even more in character.

You were on an alt and I thought someone was impersonating you so I was giving you alot of shit. I apologize for my behavior though I was a little fucked up when I was playing. All I'm trying to say is if you knew it was a bad game then just chill and instead you showed that you were mad when we started to critisize on how poorly you were a techies because you contributed very little. I think me and Pres should be vindicated from all of this crap. Honestly you just should've get over our critisism and not get mad.

Well I basically banned cuz he said to ban him lol. I banned mambo because I'm pretty sure he was maphack but he was so bad I didnt even remember to pursue it. I will go rewatch replay just for him.

Moving to processed. Moderators, don't ban for flaming in one game, use !ignore to ignore them or !mute to mute them; and tell everyone else (normal players) to do the same.
