i always have 400 ms ping at 2pm - 1 am my time. its pretty crazy lol. But, at least 250ish ms is on my side, I guess the other 100 is added due to my location.

Yeah, I saw, weird but some people in game had 30 ms and yours was the highest ping in game.

Moving to processed. No details so there's nothing we can do about it, anyway original complaint looks like it's on client side.

Before posting similar complaints you should look at http://clanent.net/forum/games.php, check the lobby of the game that you are having problems with, and then verify that everyone's ping in the lobby is high (>120).
