If you check the actual game out it was very close, as for the swap itself, haven't heard of this rule that swapping from a team with low elo to a higher elo is somehow against the rules? I normally try to just play with what I got, but some times stats do tell the story and the team doesn't have a clue how to play?

It's generally called team stacking and usually frowned upon. Basically, if you place all the high ELO's on your team, you are guaranteeing your win, and just because you are admin, you are artificially inflating your ELO by winning more games than you should have if the game was more balanced.

Well I had no idea that such a rule existed, if I had wouldn't have done so. And will avoid doing so in the future.

Yeah it makes sense I guess, unbalancing games, leading to games being ruined.

I think the point has been made and Bubble now knows not to ELO stack in games. If it continues, screen shot or get the logs and further action may happen. Moving to processed.
