proves my point even more. a 3rd person that has nothing to do with the ban is needed.

We already have that, so this whole post is pointless. I agree cyber should have kept it open longer but we already have that. done commenting.

And yet it was not used in this situation. You say you do this, yet it was not done. That is the problem here. I agree that the ban should not be lifted, but the way it was done is problematic.

You keep saying "we have a 3rd person look at it" yet, it fails to do so or done to late. The thought process between the person who placed the ban and the person who appeals it has to be different for the process to work. Otherwise, I will use Cyb3rpunk as an example in a Hypothetical situation in a legion td game: The game is close, its round 20. We leak to the king. Heal orders are called except for mine. I have no idea when i am suppose to heal. I counted wrong and i double heal with the 3rd heal. We lose. I get banned for game ruining by Cyb3rpunk. I appeal, Cyb3rpunk denies it because he felt it on purpose because it happened in the past.

Is this right? This is why the person who placed the ban should NOT be allowed to do their appeals. However, from what uakf said
In this case, it seems like the ban appeal was moved to processed less than an hour after it was originally posted, so I'd say it should've been kept longer. Also if an admin is a friend with the banned player that makes it worse, because they'd probably be biased one way or the other. Lastly, in the original ban itself, there wasn't any other admin who commented positively to ban the players.
I find that the process can be over ruled by another admin. Yet, it was moved to processed before anyone could even look into it. This causes more suspicion about how things are run.
Are you keeping people banned because they dissed you play style? or because they called you noob? or do you not like them? Unbanning your friends that you banned in-game because you banned someone else in the game?

First off: The ban was valid, none admin said that was an invalid ban.
Second: If Raizen wants to make a complaint about my conduct about his appeal he should make a new topic in this forum with a new title.
Third: As the topic says, it should be a suggestion and not a complaint
Fourth: People who knows me, they know what I'm doing, I don't ban players without a good reason. Plus Raizen is my friend. I'll answer personal question in pm.
Thanks to all.

if they agree or not is another topic
but there is no rule at general rules to support it

the game wasn't ruined
the ban reason is invalid :|
