This is a valid strategy in legion 1200. You sell your lane and use the gold for more push. He is using this reason for an 5 days ban. Why are admins able to ban people in the LTD section if they dont understand the game?

I even was in that game. Overall really messy shit in team west. I don't see how selling all units at once did help u anyhow since you can't even push that fast, but taking the whole picture into consideration, a ban didn't have to apply here. You could argue that the sui was poorly executed and poor gameplay is not bannable. If I am correct red (who is the op of that brq) also refused to go 10 holder with hydra warlocks. That was far worse than purp selling units.

1200+ rule regarding selling from wiki:

Selling value at any point in the game in order to gain an advantage by stalling time on a racing level is forbidden

. Dont see how it applies to selling on 9 or 10 unless it was a race on 10 or 12 maybe.

The justification for the ban has nothing to do with this rule either.

The 1200+ selling value rule wasnt used for this game.
I would assume he just used the general rules.
1.Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).

But he didn't, it's normal for suiciders who can't comeback to sell towers in order to push more. That's what i've read was happening here.

You sold all towers which is a rule violation that was being enforced under game ruining rules.

You were saying that you were banned only because of a misclick on regen and not mentioning the main reason for the ban in the appeal, leading to a number of other people complaining about the ban being unfair on that basis. This wasn't the reason, and I denied the appeal since you were being misleading and not engaging with the main reason for the ban.

While the question of the "suicide" strategy is coming into play here, this simply isn't the case. You can see in the chatlog that the team wasn't in favor of this and so forth.

After having seen the replay/another mod as-well, I agree with the both of them and will side that this, in combination with the above, is a violation of our game ruining rule and that the ban was valid.

That being said, no signs of mod abuse.
