the !ff command is still broken

Instead of losing elo, you gain the elo still when they forfiet. HOWEVER, you do NOT gain any of the kills/deaths/assists you earned prior to the forfeiting. case in point "[ent] dota ap us/ca #57" user: K-K-K

ff has worked for me several times... i do not understand how its not working for you??

Should be fixed next time bots restart (today hopefully). Wins and losses are still recorded properly though.
