When I try to join it says "game could not be found"

Postby LegionKingAizen » Thu Sep 06, 2012 8:21 am

When I try to join a ENT hosted game of Legion TD, it give me an error saying the game couldn't be found. Other people I know are having the same issue, we are all on USWEST server. Something is definitely wrong with your servers.

Vapula, have you tested it? I see plenty of people joining from USWest.

Yes, I have. All bots that I've joined this morning seem to be working properly. I have not tested the Legion TD one yet, but I will right after this game. This was posted 6 hours ago, so maybe he just typed in the name wrong.

I tested the autohost and the private bot, both are working to me. Yesterday I had this problem on useast, but it's ok now.

and it's happening again. It's not happening with any other bots. BGN, UC, legion.bot, etc are all working correctly. ENT is the only one giving that error. Also I couldn't be that I miss typed it, because I'm talking about the game actually showing up on the custom game list, but when you click into it, Bnet locks up for a couple seconds and then says games can't be found" Some people seem to be getting the same error, while others can join with no problem.

I checked uswest right now, everything seems fine to me.
Please make sure you're typing the correct name, I suggest to you join using other realm or even the ent connect.
In last case, disable your firewall and try to join.
You can wisp me, if i'm not busy/afk i'm going to help you.

The IP address is sent directly from the Battle.net server to the Warcraft III client; there is no reason that DNS resolution should be required.
