someone killing my items when I share them

I got question. If i share my team, and someone kill my items without any attention. Could you ban him account?

Because someone ask me share crow to him during the game. And then I controlled to them. After sharing, my items got killed by one of my teammate. I watched replay, the user with name 'clafoutie' killed my item. I don't know if I can claim to ban him? thanks
