Hi guys, I could simply leave this, as my ban is maybe over already and I decided I wont be playing on tft right now, because of kind of behaviour quite a few people present in that game. Still I dont like to just leave and forget about something I find to be a problem.
About ENT community, I cant say how it is right now, but the situation that happened to me brings me the idea, that something isnt working right here.

After a game there has been a ban request, concerning me to be banned,

There Shane9999 got me banned, Im pretty sure that 1st I shouldnt been treated like the afker, who actualy ruined the game, secondly, I shouldnt get banned for this game at all, it was a specific situation, the game was ruined, 2 other teammates who were presents were trolling me, also they refused to draw the game even when whole other team aproved.
Day after I've got banned Ive posted an apeal, the person who answeared it was actualy again Shane9999, which pretty much shouldnt be like that, problem is that apeal was there for quite many hours and noone got interested.
Im not sure about Shane, hes very young Ive red his application, he wrote if I remember well, hes 18 years old, such young people often got problems with right judgement in delicate situations, where human factor is also important, not just the raw rules.
Also Im not sure if hes actualy a specialist of LTD mod. He didnt mention this in his appli.
Plus hes from USA, where human factor and cooping with other people is taken as smth less important than in europe.
In the end he closed my apeal without anyone whos maybe more objective to give his opinion, he reduced my ban to 3 days, telling that hes feeling merciful, (btw ty for your mercy young man:)

I understand that I couldve done some more in this game, but this case shouldve been looked very closly, than you woulve seen that first I wasnt able to build anything after 1st wave since I killed almost nothing, secondly I was constantly trolled by 2 other team members, 3 look at the others team ELO Ive joined this game considering itll be very hard, if played in a fair way, not having to deal with afkers mobs in mid. The fact I joined that game, and how it went from the begining made me agrivated, Im pretty short fused, and when Im getting nervous I can feel it physicaly, so its not so easy to control.
Also while I was in this game I wasnt feeling like Im violeting any rules, I was pretty much sure the game is ruined already and leaving is somewhat seen as a game ruining so I tried to talk the other 2 team members to draw, the way they reacted, was actualy pretty nasty not neceseirly in a very civilized manner.

Well, I dont have much conclusion, I just wanted someone else than Shane to take a look into this case, so in the future, maybe another person wont feel misjudged, myself, I think that in the worst case, if some1 was put in a situation like I have been, maximum penalty would be a remandment and explenation, plus, I would probably msg ban requester to change his behaviour towards other people.

Not saying what they did was right (tho it wasn't really extreme flaming or w/e) but you didn't act right either (and ruined the game afterwards).

That's pretty much on the same level as their trolling/insulting and you also provoked all this with your first comment at 00:24. So yea, don't take their behaviour as an excuse for your game ruin.

The only sentence from your appeal which matters to me is the one above.

If you've this attitude ingame, then you'll automatically play worse or ruin the game by griefing (in this case it might have been the "not building").

In the end, the LTD mods should review it because they are the only ones judging whether you could build or not.

Can't people just write "I'd like somebody other than x to review this"?

I thought I've seen a few applications do this on like the 4th appeal or something and somebody else would be he one to review it.

@Diablo_ It wasnt my intention to provoke any1 with that 1st sentence of mine, I said it because their cross last game was often leaking, as they didnt know how to delay right, and anyway I doesnt sound provoking, its not like you have to be super stiff 24/7, and belive me I dont react to people nasty or with agrivation so easily, most of the things I tolerate, but just these 2 gave me a certain disrespectful vibe, like they were not just fooling around, but doing something very concious, that made me more pissed, though...

Since its more about the fact if I should get banned, coas:
1. It wasnt my fault that afker was afk.
2. That caused problem making me unable to build, as I had not enough gold to build during wave 2.
3. I was agrivated with the situation and my whole team.
4. I was also the one whos game got ruined, coas all my losses were coased by the afker.
5. Even if I wouldve started building when the afker came back (wave 4), my value wouldve been somewhere like half required,
so what was supposed to just leave, coas it was either draw or I shouldve left, no other solution, I just kept waiting, as some of the other team didnt undraw.

@aRt)Y you are right to some point I was not in a very objective stance, but dont put it like this that you are making a conclusion basing on few words. If I would run a discussion in a same way, I could tell that one of your mods made a certain decision, and you are sticking to that coas its natural that you will protect most of your staffs decisions, otherwise it would make the community look unprofessional.
But I know its not the only factor affecting your opinion, you must have some experience, you are now in certain mood, even if you dont know me, you have some either more negative or positive feelings to who you write or talk with.
If some1 else wouldve reviewed that ban request Im pretty sure I wouldnt get banned.

I mean I wont be earning anything here, we could keep running this discussion, it could prove interesting actualy, though time consuming, I wonder if this would be a lil bit like a fight with a buraucratic institution, or maybe either me or someone from here could actualy learn something good, Im very open for learning if you have something constructive to say.

There's no fight. The whole case is about whose point of view is correct. As I said, the LTD mods are the only ones who can make a finally decision because they know how to play and they've the experience which might be missing for other mods.

Until then, wait for one to comment on this case.

1 Afk doesn't ruin a game, you can still possibly win. You also said you couldn't build even though you obviously could still build, and your attitude is poor. I'd say your ban duration was harsh considering the circumstances but this all would have been avoided if you played the game properly.
