This is a complaint about these two mods and their interactions or lack of action on a ban appeal request listed here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=34558
The whole situation as to why my friend was banned and how were trying to explain can be found there.

Anyways regardless of if the ban gets lifted or not I wanted to complain about their ineffectiveness as mods to help remedy the situation. Instead of offering help or advice they simply just voiced their opinions on how jaybilas and myself mishandled the request and . they did not even agree to review the ban they simply just accused us of suspicion action.

I would think mods would acknowledge our appeal and do the review as normal without bias. This would give us a definitive answer as to wether the BAN was justified and then we could move on from it and stay off the forums so other users can get there appeals handled in a prompt and more focused manner.

What makes you so special? Huh? Do you see a lot of other people posting multiple page appeals and then going all the way to complaints when they are not unbanned immediately or don't recieve a ban reduction?

No, you don't.

What's more is that you are complaining both about the handling of your (the "two" of you) appeal(s) and also claiming that the ban itself is unjustified. Yet u have not provided any specific replay evidence to convince anyone that it is not justified... such as timestamps that are contrary to BoHi's reasoning for banning. So essentially, now, after I reason through it all I see you doing is complaining and whining. What's more, is that if ur arguing that the ban is unjustified then why are you complaining about moderators who didn't make the ban??? I would assume that a normal person would realize that we don't read other moderators minds and even futher many of us are completely unfamiliar with game genres. A normal person would probably wait until the moderator who MADE THE BAN replied, as we indicated several times. But no, that seems too much of an inconvenience.

I handled ur appeal just like any other, in fact, I even suggested to BoHi to shorten the ban (perhaps) by a bit. Yet I've changed my mind. Don't shorten the ban, if it is justified, please BoHi. Basically this sentence, given what I've seen from your handling of this appeal, reads to me something like "If mods don't unban me this is abuse because I'm always right and this sucks and I should be given special treatment..."

No one thinks they are special. All either of us wanted was a review. @child gives a review and no one objected. its the initial mod @cambrioleuse just complaining about the user names. rather than giving the appeal consideration. I feel like this whole thing has been handled unprofessionally. We both are being polite and honest. Its not spam when I feel like the appeal is being neglected. I just wanted an Answer or some sort of positive communication. @cambrioleuse didnt help what so ever, just seemed to post, to be a smart aleck. It seems im being punished un-just and just wanted an issue resolved the honest way. Thanks for your time. This should really be re-considered.

This is a perfect example of what I'm trying to express. Throw out our concern for the merit of the ban. What this complaint is about is your disrespectful treatment of two users who simply wanted a second opinion on the ban. So, we didn't follow proper procedure for the request and lacked definitive proof in your eyes, fine. I can accept that.

My point is that your aggressive responses are unnecessary. Accusing me of thinking I'm in some way better then other users and that I'm complaining and or whining... I don't understand how this is constructive or how it will remedy the situation in anyway.

As moderators you set the example for the Ent gaming community and as such I think its in the best interest of ENT that you treat people with respect. This doesn't seem like a demand for special treatment. I think that it should be basic treatment for moderators to not be derogatory towards the users of the forum.

I apologize that you were offended by my complaint.

The main problem is your ban appeal is extremely confusing. When we volunteer to handle multiple ban requests and appeals it is difficult to handle long winded confusing stories. If you read back on your appeal you'll see where the confusion was made. Once it was clear who you were and why you were appealing bouncing denied the appeal.

Just another complaint about how someone's ban wasn't lifted.
