The east servers or whatever the hell you call them are so messed up. The only Ent dota games the east can access is ar. Ap worked all night long and all of the ems have been out for a week. This is becoming ridiculous. Is it that hard to get a bot unbanned or whatever happened to it? You are losing a lot of loyal players from your inconsistencies. Please do what you can to fix the east before those that live their take their games elsewhere.

Actually this problem is not only dota, however you can use ENT connect or even swap your realm to connect on ENT games, no big deal.

Yes, it is. Maybe you can help us. Keep spamming the bnet to get a temporary ban and try to dodge it. :3

Edit: btw is not only ent having problems to connect the bots on east, and it's not a ban problem, probably something to prevent third party programs.

I recall uakf.b saying that BNet is limiting their server's connections from 8 to 3 (reference viewtopic.php?f=4&t=833) so that may be the problem, but it's most likely they got banned like you said.
