@rjramirez2000 You can use it, but not on Dota or NWU.
The FCD has some false positive alerts. It tells you about a fog-click, when in reality there was none because of a delayed click.
Like this:
1) Player clicks hero/unit/whatever
2) That clicked hero/unit/whatever disappears into fog shortly after
3) FCD gives you false positive and pings and alerts you.
Now e.g. at dota, someone in dota follows you in windwalk. He clicks on you, you take a turn and disappear into fog. Then FCD gives false positive and alerts you that someone just clicked on you. Now you are being made aware that danger is close and you behave differently. It influences your game-play.
So e.g. in Legion TD, it doesn't matter at all. Delayed clicks on king or your units shortly after all creeps are killed, which are then false positives, don't influence your game-play.
Happy belated wishes too.

I think it is great that "marsh" tells you what you dont know but perhaps join the ent chat and ask the mods yourself.
We want to know what knowledge you currently have and what you dont; how you interact with users and how you can help them.
You should also take your time to read all rules and to understand them.
Additionally, use reconnection tools and try some ENT games.
That being said, you may re-appeal in 1 month. (3 is extreme art...)- agree
