LIHL application

Only thing I can add now to it that I have more moderating experience here at ENT and playing LIHL.

Fun-fact: I googled what blue and orange would look like, if you mix them. People say some grayish colour.

I also vouch him. He has been a great mod so far (as far as I can tell) and I'm sure he will do equally great in the LIHL section :)
Plus he has often given useful feedback on vouch requests already.
