Brief introduction:
My name is Michael, im 24 from Denmark.
I'm working as a IT and Support Coordinator, responsable for the software / hardware on gas station in Scandinavia.
I'm also a volenteer firefighter, so i know how to be responsable and to be professionel with people but still beeing a human.
I'm a open and a bit chatty guy, that can handle a joke or 2. for those who have met me in LTD knows that true
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)?: 19-23
What is your current time zone? CET/CEST - (GMT +1)
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III:
Moderating i have done a bit in the gamer worlds like Counter-Strike, running cups, been a part of lan party crew (50-100 guest).
Well i have played wc since wc1 were single player and campaing was the thing, and up to now,
in wc3 custom games mostly TD's is the thing i like.
Why should we accept you?:
Im a responsable guy, im straight forward, i can see things from above, not thanking parties, even if its my friends.
Im active, and i don't comment or talk about things i have no knowgled about.
Why do you want to become a game moderator?
TBH i don't see alot of moderators in LTD, and people know that, so they take advantages and think they can behave without out rules,
so i would like to keep people inside the rules, making ltd fun, and to get people to stay ingames and not leave.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community?
Personallity, the view that you talk to people, letting them know what is wrong, and not just ban on sight (yes i understand some rules you have to ban first time). Active on forum trying to help the gamers. Calmness as i can keep my head cool in almost every situations.
Closing Statement:
When im on job, i check forum in breaks, or when i can catch 5 min, so i'm more active on forum then my gameing time.
Think you should choose me because i know with powers come responsability.
I have only comment on 2 bans because i have no knowgled about Maphack to dota, as most ban is about.
Those 2 i have comment have also been banned.

Your on your way, But how about afew more maphack request's? we get alot of them and we need people who are actually keen to spend the time watching them and making sure they dont make mistakes.

If you became admin and in-game someone started abusing you and will not stop, What would you do and would you ban them after the game or during?

1. Sure i will do some more maphacks request - With this i mind, that i need to be 100% sure, as most goverment operates under benefith of the doubt, and as do i.

2. Depends on what he abuse with, but i know its for my appilication so this would be my "text book" exsample.

* If the abusing was against me, i cant use the !ignore as i dont know what else he will write and to whom,
so first first, i will ask him person to person to calm down, and play the game, have fun, thats what we are here for.
* If he keep going, i will go more into character, and warning him this is rule breaking,
Refree him to rules:
-Do not spam during games.
-Do not flame. Don't rage or insult other players excessively.
(only if global mute is a admin command)
* If that dont stop him, i will global mute him, as kicking/banning him would destroy the game more, then just ignoring him
* After the game, i would post a ban request to get him banned, as this was happening to me, and you cant be 100% netrual when it happen directly to one self. so the best way will to get another admin to review the case and take action accordenly.

* I will try simi ignore him, letting him get a chance to calm down, as banning him would destroy the game. at this time he plays well and only rule he is breaking is spamming / flame
* After the game, i would post a ban request to get him banned, as this was happening to me, and you cant be 100% netrual when it happen directly to one self. so the best way will to get another admin to review the case and take action accordenly.

If he destroy the game with afking, feeding, selling towers, etc.
He will get banned, as it destroy the game for all, and therefor its better that he get banned now, then 8-10 people (depends on the game) getting mad over one person.

To summerize:
Try to let the game go on, if the person isn't destroying the game
Try to let another admin watch review, as it was a attack directly to me, and ofc you cant be 100% neutral on that.

When you ban in-game, They can still play that game out and it wont kick them, Seems you have the right judgement on what to do.

Just with you ban requests and appeals and i PM'd you about though instead of saying he just type "player name" (hero), just so no one get confused at all about who you mean.

I would use the edit but this is fully unrelated to my post before it, Ive looked over the last couple of threads youve posted on in ban request and ban appeal's. Before we make any decision's or comments relating to the thread in question we have to watch the replay to make sure we know what we are talking about and dont make any mistake's.

Please make sure you watch the replays or the posts wont be considered towards helping with your application.
