Skill and knowledge is one thing, good manners is another one, as long as the first thing is arguable (i assume You think, You actually are pro, which You are not), the second is not.

First off, wow... Do I know you cuz seemed like a personal attack. And second ill admit I'm not modest but I'm not conceited. I'm good and better than most but no. Not pro by any stretch of the imagination. Why would I impersonate anyone. Did you not read my last msg?

I dont understand how it hurts to be overstaffed?
Well, how it hurt. Having staff member that do the job and that the three other sit on their ass and getting advantage of staff power is ... let's say it, gay!.. Also, it increase the chance of admin abuse, wich we don't want. Do you think you go and be free when you first join? We still look at you, what you're doing, when, how etc. It's more job for us when new are joining the team then you. So having tons of new will not please me. I prefer having one or two staff member in dota, that are active, know what they're doing and fully known of their responsabilities.

Also, staff is 'unique', people that we felt that fit the position and have a high standing over game-play, in game manners, on forum manner etc. Otherwise, why ntot accepting everyone and give them all power? Staff are 'special' people. It's not everyone that can do this job. It's like in an interview for a job, you're not 100% sure of having the place in the enterprise. Like said, take criticism, and if us *staff* feel that there's enough staff for now, well, you'll have to deal with it.

For now, you've show me nothing impressive, the situation (BRQ appeal) is empty or almost so, give me a good reason, for why we need you? Why are you the one that we missed, the one that we should NOT reject? What do you have more then all others?

Nono it's not personal attack, it would be a personal attack if i called You a retard.

It's more like, You know i am kind of active ent player, and i do not wish to be judged by someone who is/was breaking rules, nor someone who justify his actions in ways that are not based on any human logics.

To answer your question despite what you may think you won't have to babysit me, i am a quick learner, i can help so you all can spend less time doing actual WORK policing on forums and more time playing the actual game, and ultimately because i have nothing but good intentions.

Look I'm not here to argue dude. If you feel like you need to deny me again then go for it. It seems like you have your mind made up so I'm going to stop wasting both of our time be going back and forth with the same inevitable result -.-

You came out with a sarcastic remark followed by illmannered noob who has a too high oppion of himself... then you preceed to say that my arguements are not based on "any human logics". Sounds like a personal attack and tbh its not necessary here im already gettting shut down pretty hard so please take it somewhere else

This is criticism, not an attack, i don't have anything personal against You mate. It's more like some ppl do not fit to moderating.

I am sorry if You felt like it was an attack. I just pointed my opinion, if it was too harsh, sorry again.

I don't play much for now. I prefer moderating :)

For your second answer, if it take you such a low argue to give up, what about someone complaining about your decision of denying a request for exemple, you'll say ok then, I'll ban? It's you or him the moderator?

This just prove my point, it's not cause I'am a moderator that you should stop arguing, prove that I'am wrong, not that I'am right. What you made, in the nature and between animal is called a submission, so I'am the leader and you follow. Moderators are the leader, user follow them (rule they input etc). I were not even a mod that I made the awaiting section open to other user by arguing against 2 mod I think, and I finaly won my point. This section is now open for normal user to post in. If you see, after all my point, that I was right for X situation, you can say, ok I were wrong, but this is you, yourself, if you give up now, it's cause you know you don't fit maybe the place for the moment. FOR_THE_MOMENT. You can always improve, involve come back and I will be the first to support you. (this is an exemple).

For your answer, letting me play more, ok, this is what all other mod we accepted are there for, leaving me time :) ahahah... Then, yes, I will have to 'babysit' you, not telling you all the damn thing you have to do, I'm keeping an eyes on your action. Like I'am doing on mogul actually. I don't care handling/checking mod, it's about more, when we're enough, it's to bad but maybe later? This is not my only point. Check like a team, you won't get one more dude cause 'he might help a day'... No, I want a new dude in the team that WILL need to WORK, score, pass, steal the puck, distrub the goaler etc... Same as a mod. I don't want you to come and this way, you do more job and other sit on their ass. And vice versa. Actually, we're handling request enough quickly in my opinion. (ImO, keep this in mind)

It's not cause I refuse you that all will agree with me. I'm just giving my statement here, we are good with staff number, so to include you, you need something that other don't bring to us.. something that only Dota4Life can, and this thing is? Tell it, why you over Spectre by any exemple?

Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't support this. I think you're more interested in the power than helping the community. That may not be the case, but that's how it comes across. This is based on the application and personal experience.

Because the staff is pretty full, you have to really stand out in your contributions to the community. My best advice would be to give it time and not get discouraged. Just be a consistent, positive force in the community and when a spot becomes available, make sure you're the best option.

You've got a lot working against you right now, especially for me. I personally don't think that anyone that has hacked should be in ENT staff because it doesn't look good. So you've got to do a lot to get us to look past that.

But like I said, don't get discouraged and don't stop being involved. You'll get there eventually.

As for history of map hack, this should not be a definite factor to deny your chances.

We forgive violators for their history. And you are no different.

Teller, Agreements and Nutz opinions matter most. You got to impress them for this application.

Show them what you can do and prove to them you are good in your judgement.
Key factors would include impartiality, knowledge of the game and personality.

A hint, if you can convince Nutz, you succeed.

Edited.

Lol, why does Nutz's opinion matter? (I'm not saying his opinion doesn't matter, I'm just saying he doesn't have the power to accept/deny and you left cyber/uak off of that too XD)
