But you said, you would watch replays in the free time and help out here and there. That doesn't really sound like passion for the job considering being an ENT mod is a lot about administrative forum work.

How would you rate your future forum work activity?

I also would concur here with art)y's statement. A lot of moderator's duties lies in the administrative forum work of processing ban requests. As you see we get plenty of them therefore we need to make sure that they get done in a respectable amount of time. If you will not be able to keep donate a reasonable amount of time to do ban requests; then I apologize but I would have you be against your application. However; if you are able to do some ban requests by also granting yourself some game time, then absolutely I am in support of your application.

#1 Duty for a moderator though imo relies on them being able to do forum work, the in-game work can always wait.

Another question I have: How do you deal with flaming and pressure etc (aka drama). While being a mod you become basically a target for constant PM's while also playing on WC3. Will you be able to ignore them?

Last note: I suggest you come on Chat more often, I do not see you there that much.

@art)y I have passion for this game and the community i am involved with especially ENT. I have been contributing as a player+dota leader of this community ingame and on forum. One of the reason I want to become a mod is to sustain its player base. Improvement is always nice, however at this point, my goal would be to continually maintain and sustain ENT gaming environment, so people will continue to play this classic game. As for strictly speaking about mod position, i cant really evaluate myself since i have never been an ENT mod. I gotta start somewhere and with recommendations+support, i have decided to apply. Since i love this community, maybe ill also develop passion for being a mod.

For someone who has obligations in life(due to my age), yes, it is true that i am a busy person. However, as I previously replied, i make time to play + started to help out with brqs. As i promised, i have been helping on brq with few requests which you can check from my recent posts. As someone whos in the stage of being a mature young adult, time management is something im getting better at. I am volunteering to help out whenever I am free. ENT is a game and I will strictly treat it as so, but dont mistake my separation of life priority vs gaming to my memories and passion for this game. I cant promise u crazy activity, but I can promise u consistency. I wouldnt be applying and waste my time if i wouldnt last.

@Yondaime I know so many people within dota community. I get ton of whispers ranging from nonsense, greetings, life drama, questions, etc. I am familiar with pressure. I work at a professional workplace in life. Concerning drama, I have been shaman and chief of many famous big clans where it had a large player base + community involved in the past and present. I have dealt with countless drama.

Tolerance and ignorance is a skill. Yes, being able to ignore is a quality. I have high tolerance level + good at ignoring idiocy and immaturity.

Chat...ill join to say hi later and if i have questions :)

I vouch for nabo. again 100%. I briefly discussed with him what the level of activity in terms of watching replays etc. is and he seemed more than fine with it. Given the amount of activity he's shown recently I'd say hes more than capable. In the last 3-4 days i've been busy, and his contributions in the brq forum have been immense, accurate, and have shown reflection for the more difficult cases.
As for his character and ability to make in game and forum decisions when faced with adversity there is no one better. I've never seen him excessively flame - or flame in general in fact, and usually with nabo it's only positive advice and help given by him. He's smart and very competent with english and well versed in the rules to several games
