Although I haven't been playing as much recently, I have never seen him dodge and haven't noticed that sort of behavior - and I have played for a much longer time then those 3 users put together. As far as plug-pulling when the game is starting, the vast majority of the time the game is remade with same players 3-4 minutes later so it's not really "dodging" anyways. If it isn't in the rules yet to remake if pp before dc penalty is applicable, it shouldn't be treated as the same thing.... And this loop-hole in the rules shouldn't be so excessively harped on in the first place.

I am not sure about Diablo review, he says god.like3 knows rules "Even if he breaks them from time to time". So, he can be actually playing games were people are breaking rules and not report them?.

Furthermore, god.like3 all those links you posted on your app, non have evidence of using drm/drmf/replayseeker/FCD. Do you know how to use them (tools from wiki.entgaming)?

I would recommend to show use of tools as i mentioned, and maybe post links where he made more ban request (not only ltd). Moreover instead of replying other users ban request that were clear enough from the beggining. I dont see any controversial cases or interest on arguing a case rather than his own defense against his ban.

Diablo i believe we should take more into account what he shows in forum, everyone knows rules but not everyone dares to apply them against them, against their friends or known people.

If it turns out that he isn't fit to be a mod we can still kick him again, but imo he has deserved to get a chance and I would be willing to trust him

I missread the title with the first paragraph of the appeal, he is applying for lihl so i believe they dont need to know ent tools like i mentioned before, anyway the rest of the post stands the same.

My point of view is...i got banned some times yes, but nothing to bad
and i dont agree sometimes if my bans?yes! because doesnt matter if i didnt do anything wrong, ppl wants me banned because some of them doesnt like me!
if you consider that qvist (donbola) is one of the most troll and hated person and tastay has a personal problem with me, and wolfwarrior that insist he banned me right ( i dont care anymore man just let it go, i didnt dodge or rage quit, you need to accept that ), you can see that the others that are unbiased, suport me!

If players cannot trust you to not break rules, we cannot either.

Man, I am still the same person, i just control more my fellings about people and ignore them now instead of troll them.
I still hate some ppl there but when its come about beeing a mod I know that I have to be imparcial.
As about break a rule, everybody break rules on time to time...you can see that wolfwarrior banned himself, beep got 3 months ban already on lihl and i think if we look and search a loooooot we can find some diablo's ban ahha!
But the rules i broke werent serious, and sometimes we discuss a lot to see if i was wrong or not!

Believe me that even if people knows you, you always have to state your point and not understimate your own opinion since other people can find it positve or even negative if you dodge question. Anyway, after that answer i do find you reasonable and polite.

I never had any troubles with godlike and hes a fair and nice player for me since i know him. Hes sometimes ill-humoured when he gets treated unfair as a lihl member, but i think he will be a fair mod and have a change of mood and heart in terms of his actions
