Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): Legion TD
Brief introduction: Hey its Shame. Been around for a bit on the forums and in the clan chat room and LTD circuit. I am from Long Island, New York. I work for a commercial party company and do business all over the tri-state area. Been playing WC3 since it came out, bought it new at Best Buy, when Best Buy was a new store lol. I used to be a big Footmen Frenzy 5.4 AR player took a little break and then in April started playing a lot of Legion. I enjoy player communities, I think they are fun and I like finding a couple good players you can have a couple beers with and crack jokes while playing a casual game.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)? 3-5 hours per day
What is your current time zone? EST
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I have been in many clans over the years and been a shaman in quite a few Clan tDT/Clan Faan and a million others I won't remember. I have ran three myself. All three were Footmen clans. Clan Vig which later merged with another clan to make Clan iMBa. And then again awhile later remade Clan ViG. I have dealt with many clan members complaints and requests, run my own ghost++ bots and stealths and have had to manage and make multi-tiered positions and responsibilities for all my clan mates. I have ran websites similar to this but not as successful, in fact something similar to this was always my goal, just never took off.
Why do you want to become a game moderator? Same as everybody else, just contribute to the community. Make sure we have fun, fair games. And to make sure really that someone who posts a ban request or ban appeal for LTD does not have to wait a day or two to get an answer. Not that it happens often, just the more the merrier, not everyone is on all day long.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? I play a lot in the ent18 bot. I know both bit and bbb are legion admins and they are lihl players. I feel that me not being in the league and playing constantly with other public gamers on ent18 might give me an edge on appeals n requests. I know a lot of the community and the players who frequent it.
Closing Statement: Be gentle. The EDITs were because I pressed enter and submitted by accident and then forget to bold the questions. Thanks.
