Brief introduction: Hello , I'm Elco and I've been been playing nwu for about 4 years also played sw as a replacement and watched the anime as a child and just started watching it again. I've also been apart of blink gaming for quite awhile and just now moving to ent gaming as I just found out about it and i plan on being positive player of ent gaming so I only want to see the community get better including keeping a environment for players to play on.

What are your current hours of playing time? I play bewteen 3-6 hours a day because im out off school atm. During school im not going to be as active but I will still be active being atleast 3 hours a day and weekdays I will be active 3-6 hours also.

What is your current time zone? Central Time Zone , Eastern Time Zone.

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: Ive been moderator before atleast 3 times and been moderator on fourms atleast 5 times . I've been admin on minecraft incredible amounts of times. I was also admin on spn (http://www.clan-spn.net/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=409) but I got my powers removed because of team swapping but I swapped a down-loader onto my team so game balance but all said and done I got my powers removed for an amount of time.

Why do you want to become a game moderator? The reason I want to become a admin is because I see players being votekicked for the most pointless reason
1.Newer players [In-Game]
2. Assumed feeder [lobby]
3. extra slot for freind [lobby]
4. Down-loaders [lobby]
As an admin the command that should be used is !votecancel . Blue being afk ( Blue the one responsible for choosing modes ) No much can be done in game with blue being afk but you can do something in lobby by swapping yourself to blue therefore taking responsibility of choosing the modes which an admin should be capable of doing . Another reason is that the massive about of flaming not as much spamming because of the auto-mute but the amount of flaming to newer players that want to learn how to play the game but don't want to come back because of all the judgement that players put about them and can never see how fun the game actually is the right admin command for that would be !Mute . Also the solo lane [top] sometimes has 2 players up there which comes to 1 of 2 things
1. Newer player confused
2. 2 Stuborn players that what to solo
The correct thing to do as an admin to observer the situation and the player that orginal called solo should get and if the other player still declines it would be correct then to use the !Kick command, they should move under the pressure that an admin has asked them but some players are just so stubborn.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community? I cannot promise anything but I can do the research if asked and I can look at alot of repleys of ban request and looking into ban appeals i will also check in fourms bewteen games and on moblie device so i will be very active on fourms ( Possibly more then in-game )

Closing Statement: Now I understand that I have a record of not being reliable in the past but I changed and if you give me a chance I can prove to you guys that I have changed and If I do anything wrong you can remove my powers instantly , Also i tend to get disconnected 1/10 games and I know using entconnect will solve it but I have to be on us@east because of a clan I loyal to, and friends that message about private nwu games that I'm interested in

Now I understand that alot of these are from spn but the reason why you ask for amount ban request is to understand the admin knows when it correct to use the !Ban command.

@Elco you need to improve your in game behaviour now , We want fair and friendly moderators to our staff to keep games fair and clear , not spamming and crying kids
Also as i said u got lot work to do if u want to be mod , u havent helped us with ban requests or appeals at all.
Just giving your advice that helping us gives u way better reputation than this .

We will always check appliers chatlogs so no1 cant hide their real attitude and behaviour.
I know that people will chance their in game behaviour lot if they get mod position but still

The position he is applying for I believe would be NWU MOD theoretically, and just this but I do believe he would have full access, and as much as I do like you Elco I am just unable to fully support you just due to the past experiences we have had. You just have not grown in my eyes at all enough still.

Elco in no way is this just a personal attack this is also to show you what you have done and honestly up to you to decide whether or not you are truly up for the position to be a game moderator which also means you must be active on forums and game manners must be appropriate in-game and in forums. This I can say where I do troll from time to time, but I have seen you NWU players and I have had my issues in the past at bgn for where I have raged and knowingly used my powers for abuse, this was once however and no longer do I do that, I may threaten though but never will I use my powers.

Also your activity on these forums are not high enough yet like everyone else had said.
I would say more but I believe that I should let Matdas have a say in this as he is pretty much the only other moderator here who has knowledge within NWU other than maybe Agreements (hes terrible though, sorry Agreements I love ya but its true lol)

Some new light from the said Elco. I did some research and found out that he was banned on bgn and now ent due to their open ban list. He is banned for MAPHACK under the name dodgeace

4. He lies inside the complaint against him where the evidence is sufficient.
5. Unable to handle himself in-game.
6. Would abuse his commands like at Clan SPN. He was warned there (see the complaint) and still did it again anyways.

Actually, we do have the powers to swap we have to restrain ourselves from not doing so, but that is beside the point the fact is you will have game powers. Also what occured at SPN just showed that you did abuse your bot powers before and during that time you did as well. Also I feel that you only have the ability too see things your ways therefore you will not be a good addition to the staff at this time in my opinion. I feel you only post on what you want and will be biased for anything done. I feel that your activity will also only last in-game until the complaint comes, therefore at this time I would not want you on staff at this time. Sorry.

Look don't take this personally, I'm denying your application and allowing you to re-apply in 14 days and I'm going to explain why. While you linked us ban information you also need to understand that ENT conducts themselves under different rules and standards. I want to see more input on ENT's servers on how you would handle requests and appeals applicable to our server rules.

When we make somebody a game moderator we give them the fact that we're trusting how they would judge bans on ENT servers since after all when you ban someone it can be severely detrimental to their game time. Imagine if you weren't sure on judging something and somebody got banned incorrectly, you would have the door open to an abuse complaint and it would cause a large amount of drama.

I'm not denying you with any kind of bias, dislike, or hate so let's just clear that up. I want you to take this time to grow, if you're still sure about becoming an admin then apply in two weeks and show us what you have to offer. I just could not accept you based on your current ENT activity but that doesn't mean that my mind couldn't be changed.
