Brief introduction: To whom it may concern, as you should or may not already know I am BouncingHitman. I am a French Canadian citizen who loves playing games made by Blizzard. I play Warcraft III, World of Warcraft and Battlefield 3 on the PlayStation 3 console. I am a dedicated, respectful, courteous and a hard working individual who has always been a team player and work well unsupervised. With past experiences, I believe I will be an asset to the Enterprise community and it's gamers.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)? 4+ hours/day with some exceptions
What is your current time zone? Eastern Standard Time (-5)
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III:
I've been shaman and chieftain in previous clans including Clan LoWs, wTw and other clans over the years. I have worked my way up in Clan BGN to the rank of Administrator and have took over the Blink Gaming Network's Custom Games, apart from DotA and Island Defense. I processed the Ban Requests, Appeals and Complaints with care and I gladly volunteered into hosting events such as Karaoke for Clan BGN and I am willing to doing more here.
~Proof of ban request and ban appeal experiences within Enterprise~
Ban Request +the player had multiple delayed fogclicks until he made the one true fogclick
Ban Request +the player has made himself an obvious map-hacker by doing multiple valid fogclicks
Ban Request +the player maphacked during a game of Tom and Jerry, unfortunetly, the replay was suspiciously deleted by someone.
Ban Request +the player has made delayed fogclicks, but then made a true fogclick on Lord Avernus before he entered the Battlefield.
Ban Request +during a long game, the player initiated a valid fogclick on the Invoker.

Ban Appeal +the player has made too many ban appeals and lacks respect towards staff and members.
Ban Appeal +the player has been autobanned too often and his stayrate was low, therefor I didn't support the appeal.
Ban Appeal +I would of supported the player's ban appeal because of a legit reason if the stay rate wasn't so low.
Why do you want to become a game moderator? I always knew the Enterprise community and it's gamers needed more. I want to bring that to them, I want to provide speed and quality service to our gamers and staff. I want to bring the staff together and bring out the best, I want people to remember Clan Enterprise and I want this community to succeed.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community?
I will bring everything I can to the ENT/Warcraft community. I will bring useful experience and put it to work such as team work, respect, how to do map hacking request and I will teach or share it with anyone when needed. I will bring service and speed to the Enterprise community and I am willing to bring anything it needs.

This guy seems to have the right motivation for becoming a mod. He sincerely wants to help and I believe that he has a lot to offer for this community. I talk to him in teamspeak all the time and aside from his Canadian accent, he is a great guy. His investment on the forum so far is pretty good and I think with a staff position you will see his activity jolt. !accepted for me!

Why? This guy is very eager and definitely has his eyes set on improving the site and is most definitely active, he is always trying to help me out with ban requests but I am me so I generally refuse . He also has TS3 has good manners generally and is always amusing to have around, he has a variety of games that he plays as well so thats a plus. Main reason i am supporting is cause he is Canadian. Canadians are epic, just look at myself, and Medicca . He maybe young but that also shows lots of room to learn/improve and generally I think he will ask questions to more experienced mods so he does not make a mistake. He has a nice clean application, has done some forum work, is over the 25 post count and has contributed to the site imo.

Hitman is very active and very dedicated to his duties at ENT. I've talked to him in teamspeak and he has great aspirations for wanting to improve the ENT community. I believe him to be very dedicated, detail oriented, he provides great input on appeals and requests. I would definitely accept him based on what I've seen and witnessed, 100% support. What do the other mods think?
