Brief introduction
I hate making introductions, since most people should know who I am.
I am R.T.M.X. though most would refer to me as Wyldcard_Fenix, and I'm from the states. Like most of the ID players (including current and former staff), I was brought over from BGN. Also, I don't care much for elo, as it doesn't accurately portray one's skillset.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate)?
Roughly 15-18 hours per day.

What is your current time zone?
Central (-6:00)

Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III
I've been playing on Battle.net for the past 17+ years, since the days of the first Diablo, and I am a former ID moderator from BGN, before the two communities merged. I have experience with the games that ENT manage, specifically ID and Tree Tag, as well as knowing the rules for the corresponding games. While I do have limited knowledge with the other games such as DotA and LTD, due to limited play time with those games, I am willing to improve my knowledge on those games. Due to my former moderation on BGN games and gHost, I do know most of the commands, including some of the not-so-well-known commands.

Why do you want to become a game moderator and what will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community?
First note, there are quite a few ban requests that need to be taken care of, and I can assist with taking up the slack, due to the amount of down time that I have. Not only am I experienced and have the knowledge of the rules, including the loopholes. While my priority would generally be ID, as I play that the majority of the time, there are also quite a few game ruiners in some of the games that go unnoticed, mainly due to the moderators that used to play them are no longer staff.

Closing Statement
I was actually planning on waiting a few more months or so before submitting this, but I was "persuaded" to write it up.

Considering you were just recently unbanned after your year long sentence for maphacking, I would say that regardless of being "persuaded" you should have waited before making an application.

You need more time back in the community before entering the staff, in my opinion, that is.

I actually think it would be better for you to wait some months.

You basically got unbanned some weeks ago and I doubt most of the ID staff has trust in you.
Only because we are in need of active staff members, we shouldn't rush it.

Plus, your judgement at BGN wasn't the best either.

Personally I feel as if R.T.M.X would make a great addition to the team, and I approve, although he could have waited some months we do require more staff so I'm alright with the rush application

I respect your support, but may I ask why you personally feel he would be a great addition? I always see admins and others saying this, but with nothing to back it up.

This is pretty much a message to all applicants and supporters: Do not say what you/they are, show what you/they are.

Personally I was not aware of the map hacking but for me this knowledge doesn't make any difference. Not only has he shown (in my experience) that he is fair and very active especially in ban requests, he also shows good judgment in appeals. 100% support from me, he goes above and beyond in the times when things are getting backed up.

Lastly he seems somewhat familiar with a lot of games, which is a big plus.

Hm, I feel this is rushed a little despite the recent unbanning, however while he was banned it did not prevent him from doing work in the ban request section.

Exactly, while R.T was banned he helped me with numerous cases that I can't even begin to list, more so he's very knowledgeable on things I can't quite remember like rules and when they are applied. He's done so much work while he's been banned nearly every request I've handled has had insight given from R.T.M.X and he's put away a few bandodgers which is always good in my book, a lot of the times R.T.M.X is on when most of us are offline giving him that time span where we are not online for him to handle the requests and appeals that come in Approximately 6am-11am EST

If you want to know my legit reasoning, I feel he is immature, and is too serious. I told him he was ugly and he just insta !ignore me even though I wasn't even serious. I feel like he would just mute someone over the slightest thing or kick me if I tk my friend even if it causes no harm. And I feel like just !ignoring someone over something as that is immature as well. I have some other examples of when I felt like he was immature/ too serious and might even make biased decisions as he seems to hold a grudge from when he didn't like me over a year ago. Ofc, I have no proof of any of this <3.

Well being given forum powers alone would be an option or no? I have only personally seen the positive side of his seriousness. Which, has always been with good result. Also the ban request forum desperately needs more personel who are active and serious moderators for the games he specializes in. My vote is for ! Support for forum moderating powers and if people have questions of his behavior in game give him time to prove he can be responsible

Powers for bots are given only when they have shown they are trust worthy enough, and also if there are cases of "abuse" mr KoiFish, then report it and we will deal with it swiftly. Also, do not bring up the past from BGN that is over a year ago and the formalities there were definitely not the most professional or friendliest.\

I did not bring up the past. All this happened recently, and it is R.T.M.X. who holds a grudge from over a year ago, not me. L2read. And as you pointed out, it is the past is irrelevant although R.T.M.X. still dislikes me because of it further proving his immaturity. And my previous posts were relevant. I feel that people liking/disliking the mod is important, regardless of if there is "real reason".
