Name: Wes
Age: 23
Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): Legion Tower Defense (beta, mega, 1v1) and Battleships primarily.
Brief introduction: Hi mods/admins, my name is Wes. I currently provide concierge services for a four-star hotel in a full-time capacity. I have a degree in Psychology and am currently working on another. My name pays homage to an incident that happened at The University of Tennessee where I studied that caught the attention of international news media.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/09/25/butt-chugging-wine-alcohol-enema-university-of-tennessee-pi-kappa-alpha_n_1913575.html
When I'm not working, playing wc3, or hanging out with my friends, I like to take my mountain bike on long rides up my nearby mountain or through the city where I live. It's the best way to destress for me.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): 11pm-6am
What is your current time zone: U.S. Central
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I have moderated a few clan forums in the past (typically between 150-250 members), but never anything on the scale of ENT. As far as Warcraft III goes, I started back to Warcraft about six months ago, and have been playing heavily since. Before that, I played from the time wc3 was released, until about four years ago. As noted above, I primarily play LTD and am familiar with the gameplay and rules of Battleships, as well. The part I begrudgingly admit: I am not very familiar with DOTA, nor am I any good at it (ask my friends). I do understand that this is a major part of ENT moderating, but more on this later. Tools that I use with wc3 and feel comfortable with my ability: DRM, DRMF, DR Seeker, Gproxy, and FCD. I have only been using these tools for about two weeks, but I feel I have learned quickly and can now differentiate between a fog-click and a bug (by checking the replay and DRM) and can also run a thorough review of a game in 15-30 minutes.

Why do you want to become a game moderator: I want to assist you in the process of keeping ENT games fair. I see that the process of reviewing games can be tedious, and sometimes the brq's and appeals pile up. While admittedly I won't be much help for DOTA-related threads, I can apply my work ethic to many other threads, alleviating the workload for you all and allowing you to focus on the areas I am weaker in.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: The one trait I pride myself on, which I'm often recognized for, is my ability to approach situations in an unbiased way. I will do my best to make fair judgements, to deliver kindness when it is needed, and to be harsh when required. I will also bring a serious amount of time to forum work, seeing as I'm usually on between 11pm and 6am.
Closing Statement: If given a position with ENT I will commit myself to learning the rules and gameplay of other games, including DOTA so I can be more of an asset to the community. Regardless of your decision, I thank you for taking the time to read this and for the hard work you do to keep my favorite game alive.
@aRt)Y Per your suggestion, here is my application.
