Brief introduction: I am a 45 year old insurance and stock broker I play dota mostly. I have been playing war craft three since 2004 and dota since 2009. I have a wife and children .....one is just a year old and loves watching dota.
I like football and contact sports the bloodier the better lol.
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): 9 am until 2 pm mon through fri and all day on weekends
What is your current time zone: eastern u.s.
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III:
Well I was a clan chieftain of a couple of clans.. I used to host dota with ghost. I have been helping with ban requests now for a few months although I did have to take a break for work related issues. I have shown that I can use the drm and fog fdc I am getting better everyday.
Why do you want to become a game moderator:
I love the ent community. I would like to help people have a better gaming experience along with learn more myself.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community:
Well I am on most late nights when I see most mods are not on. So I can help alleviate alot of ban requests and ban appeals that come in at the late hours. I am fair and give an honest opinion of how I see the game regardless of of the criticism/flaming of angry players. I Dont flame and I have a great attitude. What I dont know I can learn. You cant be an insurance broker with out having to constantly learn new things.
Closing Statement:
I have learned quite a bit since last time I applied and I am active almost everyday. Just missing one or two days in the last month. I have made many valuable contributions to posts. Not perfect but usually on the spot. I have shown I know how to use the drm and I will be working with gaara on ltd.
I believe I am ready to take the next step... If the other mods do not think I am ready at this time I understand and I will keep working on it until I get it right, and I will get it right one way or the other
I would Like to thank you for your time in considering this application. I know how much valuable time it takes to do the work you do for ent, and I appreciate you decision either way.

Give him a shot. I think he will be good with a little time and guidance by you pro mods Seems like a nice guy and has been accurate in the ban reqs I've seen him look at. +1

+1 - He is on chat more often than not (or at least when I was last in or when I come in I see him in there), and he has been active in both appeals and ban requests, providing input that is TYPICALLY detailed and on point. The only thing, like others typically recommend, is getting accustomed to DRM and also to not use FCD in games such as NWU and DotA- just a sidenote for that. I feel that he should have a trial.

Thank you for your support but I dont play nwu and I do not use fcd in game ...ok one time when I first installed it I wasnt sure how it worked and it was just on....Just saying

His activity has greatly improved now; both in the ban request section and on chat. He has shown us his knowledge with moderating tools and his feedback on ban requests are much more detailed and accurate now. I think he deserves a chance.
