Hello Folks.

For a certain reason with ArtY & Staff (Gaara) know, i've been demoted in July.
It took me some time to recover from that really schocking personal moment i got & emotion (my daughter is ok & safe).

I understand my fault & want to be offered a chance to be part again of the team that i really do appreciate.
I wanna be back game mod. I think those 4 pages queued are a mess & lots of work to be done.

I'll appreciate you give me another chance.
I'm pretty sure u'll be satisfied. I'm having time & envy to clean everything perfectly as MH suspicions to anyhing to check else.

You know, you weren't demoted because of emotional issues, you were demoted because you made too many big mistakes. If you want, I can give you a list of examples what you did.

Considering the reasons that led to your demotion, you have quite a few things to learn from back then and to prove before being accepted again in my opinion.

This last ban request i posted, that's about noobs who create new account to haunt me "(00:11 / Allied) fuek: and lets rape this oracle picking bitch:D" & never kick the game ruiner, for the rest, in my opinion, i been demoted for the last mistake i made. that's all. For the other mistakes i've discussed with ArtY, i've been clearly showing him i got his points & was already improving them all. So i don't see any point to demote me except that last mistake.

That's the point; if you had read the handbook (and used little common sense) when you were first promoted, like you were supposed to, none of those mistakes you listed had happened.

I just don't see person like you as a mod, you do first think later. It should be other way around.

I had read it, my mistakes weren't too big mess of it, even with few common sense.
anyway, mistakes been made, i've learned & corrected them. got a talk to improve that all & been doing it.
I got a last shot & demoted on the ban i made as explained upper + 2 times rebanning that GiantGeorge that Gaara unbanned.
I'm asking for a last chance to get aboard since i don't see any case of mistake that could occur after clearing everything pretty well & that my attitude been fixed also.

Since there is the game replay link + game replay attached from game mod, the game name DO NOT require everything. they can directly click game link to get all the info, & NO they don't need click & check all the history to understand which game it was about....

ENT is here to provide free hosting services and more to the wc3 community. Moderators are volunteers and their goal is to keep the community at its best. This position isn't here to boost your ego. The moderators are basically there to ''serve'' those people you call ''Single forum member''.

On the contrary, the opinion of other members should matter to you since you're pretty much being elected to represent ENT and help out the community. Everyone has something to say and if it's constructive arguments then they should weight as much as any mod or admin.

You failed to provide the accurate information at first (Only after you were asked to post it, you did + yes gamename is supposed to be precisely what it shows up (Example: [ENT] DotA -apem euro #20)):

In the first one:

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Mid Game

In the second one:

Violated Rule(s): Does VK 12+ Times + Spell on me 20+ times from BS => 1 time killed me straight (35' + one time by void from his spell)
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 25'

So yes when he told you "this is a bad thread, no timestamps", it was valid and legit point ("that guy posted a total stupid post" - not really, he simply mentioned that as ex-moderator you should know what type of information you should have posted, which you clearly dind't).

To be honest, you're displaying a very bad attitude and acting like "only staff opinions matter, others i don't care" is not helping you either-> Actually you should care about what everyone has to say, may it be good or bad, since everything is taking in consideration before any decision is made.

About the mistakes that happened, well pretty much what Haunt said: If you had listened, read staff guide several times, and ask if you're in doubt before doing it, most of them would have been avoided and it wasn't some minor or few mistakes, it was quite some mistakes that happened and lead to your demotion in the end.

To be honest, at this time, i'm gonna have to stand !against

No ... reallly ??? Here only Gaara & Staff Member to me has opinion that matter. Because all forum members around are more or less suckers in game that we report in brqs & are not interesting people at all. I've been helping outa nice way & proposed more than just game mod but also hosting & many more. I invested time & i got as rewards just suckers flaming & posting stupidly as reported upper. So finally it's a grace to be denied, honestly thanks Gaara. I don't feel anymore to go game mod regarding people here & how suckers in game got right to grief & ruin. For MH i won't report neither. That was my specialty & i loved it but i'll leave it that way, let suckers stay IN.

On a side note, though, you should already have the motivation and interest to improve the community and not once you are a moderator. We are looking for people with passion and for people whose passion we can 'buy' with a moderator contract.

You're acting the complete opposite that it's expected from an ENT Staff - We all volunteer our time and will to help/improve what's left of Warcraft 3 and their players (may they be DotA, Legion TD, Island Defense, among others), and to ensure everyone can still have a good time playing around. We do value our community's opinion, and strongly suggest them to voice their opinions.

Feel free to re-apply later once you change your way of thinking about this community/attittude and on the mentioned points before.
