Brief introduction: Most already know me here, as I just recently left staff due to schedule conflicts and other events occurring outside of moderating that sapped my time. I am able to dedicate much more time on ban requests, appeals, and suggestions to help further the community.

Outside of moderating - I have been married for a little over five years and spend much of my time working on making my life better and making a living for my family. I love gaming and I absolutely adore Hearthstone. (..Aha. It's fun.)

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): From 4 PM to 9 PM and am available during the weekends most of the time, unless I have prior engagements.

What is your current time zone: GMT-5:00, EDT
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I am a prior game moderator for Clan ENT, spending much of my time evaluating LTD ban requests- now that I am learning DotA, I feel I could be even more of an asset.

Why do you want to become a game moderator: I honestly miss being able to help the community on a daily basis and I feel like I have too much free time- I'd like to be active once more on the forums and I've been, habitually, coming to check appeals and ban requests every day- while I haven't been commenting on all, I have been spending other free time working on learning DotA-- and I'm admittedly still terrible.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: Since I have left staff, and even before then, I have been working on my attitude and how I handle situations- I am constantly thriving and working on becoming a better person and I feel this was my biggest opportunity outside of activity- which I also worked on improving and am more than happy to prove my worth on both counts. I also have been taking opportunities to learn and expand my game knowledge, working on learning DotA.

I have prior experience and knowledge with DRM and FCD - I do not have a liking for FCD as it gives too many false-positives and causes many games to crash. I have successfully processed maphack requests in the past and have taught other moderators such as @Hazardous about fog clicks in LTD. I have processed one DotA request that had suspicious plays with no fog clicks, but this was a while back. I am still learning DotA, and will take the time, regardless of approval on the app to evaluate some DotA MH cases and see if I can isolate the MH and confirm or deny the presence of it.

Closing Statement: I would really appreciate to be a part of staff once more. I feel like something is missing in my free time and I think it's the absence of being a part of this wonderful community.

Two things tat were of concern before and which you have addressed on your app were your over-sensitivity/anger usually from your personal life affecting your general behaviour as a mod in game and your busy personal life which affected your overall activity.

Will you be able to manage yourself? (even though you are applying, still gotta ask)

I have seen you play few games of dota. It is great that you are learning a new game and one which we get a lot of ban requests.

As I have stated in my initial post, I am more than happy to prove my worth in my sensitivity- I am working on not letting small things get to me and I feel I have grown and progressed on this issue - even mending things with @king23 . I will think heavily on what I say and do and do my best to ensure that I do not act out of anger as I have in certain cases and prove that my moderating will be based on rules being broken as I always have and do everything I can to ensure that bias plays no part in my judgement.

As far as activity goes, I am more than keen on devoting time to working on the forums and am excited to work on requests that have been left alone for far too long. I do not see any true events arising in which I should not be able to be active as my schedule allows for me to be online more often now that I am not working evenings.

Well first of all, I'm happy to hear you have settled out your life!

Everyone agrees (including yourself) that you have some attitude issues that pops out once in a while, and I even joke about it with you sometimes. However, the amount of time you spend helping community ( that I have witnessed, atleast) is quite remarkable. Your dedictation to this big ENT family is all to your honours and it overcomes by far the small attitude issues you have had so far, in my opinion.

Beside that, my impressions of your (as you probably know);

(+)Friendly and always ready to help when asked on chat or anywhere else.
(+)Big sense of belonging to ENT community
(+)Obviously very knowledgeable regarding brqs/appeals. (Even with rangeban requests/appeals that sometimes can be troublesome)
(+)Active in general (both chat / brq and appeal sections)
(+)I think I talk in the voice of all staff when I say you are well appreciated and respected person.

It kinda was/is an issue considering she was close to being subject of disciplinary actions. We had our fair share of talks with her about that.

Anyway, since you retired by yourself, I dont see a reason for rejecting your reinstatement. However, keep in mind, we wont be as permissive as we were in the past dealing with your attitude and other requests of ours (e.g. more forum work than in-game reports by yourself) among other things.

If you need any clarification about what I said, please let nabo and me know.
