Name: Ivaylo - most of the peoples calls me Ivo
Age: 25
Game moderator specialty (see below for choices): Ent Moderator (Dota/Lod/LTD)
Brief introduction: Hello guys I am from Bulgaria but living in Cyprus for about 5 years , I like many types of sports, football, swimming, bowling you name it
![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
Also I like to play Warcraft III (obviously haha) Legion/Lod with different people
What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): a lot, sometimes I play like 10+ hours , sometimes I am able just to play 1-2 games. It all depends how things on the real life go.
What is your current time zone: UTC+2
Describe any relevant experience, both in moderating and in Warcraft III: I was a Mod before in 2 servers Forum/Game ( prefer to not say names and keep it private) , so I am experienced as a Mod , I first started to play Warcraft III like 7-9 years ago. I am familiar with DRM, FCD and other tools.
Why do you want to become a game moderator: ENT is huge server with tons of people. I would like to join the Staff member and help the community in any way I can.
What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: Due to my playing field, I am able to review requests for different types of games. I stay on ENT chat for a good amount of time to assist other players to the best of my ability. I really like the atmosphere here and I want to invest my time and use my skills to help anyone in need. I speak Bulgarian and English and I understand some Russian and Greek so I may be able to help foreign players too.
Closing Statement:I really like to become an ENT Mod . ENT Staff is friendly and I will enjoy working with them if I get a chance to be a part of the ENT team.
I know my past LIHL behaviour has raised some concern for people, but I am changing as I post the application. I can give my word that you won’t find any toxic behaviour that could negatively impact the image of ENT in the future.
There most of the request i works on.
Regards.
LordA.

First off I have to say that I know Miles for a couple of years already. We both worked on the same team for some time and generally he is unbiased. Enough history for now
![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif)
As for his ENT application,
He has shown increased activity to help in ban requests and in chat.
His in-game behaviour is changing in a positive way
His knowledge on using the tools and understanding the rules are generally correct.
He is becoming familiar in "processing" ban requests and provided detailed info in all of his reviews.
I see the real concern would be his past LIHL behaviour which he said he will change in the application.
Overall I am leaning toward a support

I support. He seems to be well versed in multiple games, knows generally what to look for in maphack requests, and has been pretty active. I think he might need some help with a few ban/not bannable guidelines but that he will get from reading the manual.

Can't really find any flaws regarding your capacities to review ban requests.
My biggest concern with you is that I noticed a big difference between in-game attitude and forum attitude.
While I was in LIHL, you used to be criticized alot for your skill level, and instead of ignoring the flame/drama towards you, you often decided to retaliate, creating an even more toxic environment to play on. I even thought at one point that you were in LIHL for the drama rather than the actual game considering your attitude during that time.
However, I also noticed that this attitude seems to be gone since ~1 month ago. Altho, I do not play with you anymore, Radiant seems to believe your in-game attitude followed your forum attitude.
His in-game behaviour is changing in a positive way
Do you think you are capable of keeping that attitude in the long-term, and remain calm/unbiased towards users would you encounter frustrating situations/persons while playing?

You seem to be involved in a large majority of the 'drama' in the lihl. If you can't control your behavior in game then I don't think you have the maturity to make impartial decisions.

@HazardousI am looking to maintain the maturity in the long term and I aim to help the community in the long term.
@supersexyyI know my behaviour in lihl at the start was not good; however, I have been changing and improving that recently already. What makes you think that I have the same behaviour as before?

So far, i have noticed a great influx of his activity on forum and overall he is detailed and concise, unbiased and gives reason behind his decision/input. I feel that, if his ingame behavior is matched to his forum behavior, then there is room for him as a moderator.

Regarding his LIHL behaviour i can confirm that there was drama regarding him, but that was really unfair because it was usually or mainly against him due his lack of skills at that time - but he greatly improved after that. New players unfortunately often get attacked by some of the players in the league.
I know him as fair and nice player since his start of LIHL and never saw his bad side whenever i was online (can only speak for my experience), and therefore i support for him.

Good activity, knows how to use tools, got experience while reviewing maphack related cases (Also a DotA/LoD mod -> always in need xd), Good judgement in what comes to ban requests (Might need some guidelines regarding what is and what's not bannable, but only noticed it a few times, and will learn it as long as he reads/asks -> With more practice, you will get used to it anyways)
My only concern, which i mentioned before to you as well, is the behaviour/attitude alike: I do believe you are old/mature enough to figure that the baiting/flaming/drama alike behaviour is a no-no as a moderator, however i do have to agree that i've seen improvements on it on these last weeks (while checking you on forum, chat & a few replays).
Do keep in mind that if you end up being accepted as a moderator, your behaviour will have to remain solid (positive), since you will be representing ENT (ingame & forum), and therefore some self-control is expected.
Anyways, considering what i've seen & what other users have mentioned, i'm gonna give you a positive !support, and trust you to keep your promise to work on the behaviour
Good luck with the app!
PS: We aren't perfect (after all we are humans), but we strive to give the best positive side of us, and keep the negative side to the minimum possible =D

Well, his usage of tools is good. Me and him talked a lot the last week and i helped him with his questions as we two are like the only people in chat in the morning, except semi-afk Hyo ^^
His activity and the way he reviews is good.
He is doing some mistakes but these are minor ones ad they can get wiped out with more practice i guess. As Hyo said, you might need some guidelines on what's banable and what's not.
My biggest concers is, that it might cause some trouble when ou become a part of the Staff. I would have give you my support for sure but 2 or 3 days back you asked me about a request king processed and a few times before about his judgements in some cases.
You said you dont like to talk with king... of course we all here dont need to be best friends to do good work. But my concern is now that when you cant get over a minor personal thing with your maybe soon-to-be Mod-colleague i fear that you easily get biased and/or let personal stuff influence your work as a moderator.
Neutral so far, waiting for his response.

I'm not sure if I missed something or forgot about it already .. but when did lord-miles cause drama (in LIHL)? Sure some people were unhappy with his skill level, but I don't think he ever caused any drama/troubles from his side, at least not as far as I can remember.
I only know him as a nice and friendly person and I think he could be a decent mod, !support.

@Diablo_I think what this "drama" thing meant is how he respond to the players who were criticizing him ^^

I remember playing LoD with him a few times. He was a very friendly player and he helped other players pick skills. I thought his in game attitude was great!
Recently he's been helping with many ban requests. I've seen him on chat very often. So his activity is great as well. Secondly he knows how to use moderating tools for reviewing replays. I think he has what it takes to be a mod.
